Upon closing and transfer of CRP contracts to the buyer, buyer shall be responsible to maintain said contracts pursuant to their terms and conditions, and seller shall have no liability for any disqualification, termination, or penalty of said CRP contracts after the closing or transfer. Buyer shall indemnify and hold seller harmless in the event that any fines, penalties or reimbursement of CRP payments shall be levied due to nonconformance or early termination due to the buyer.
