N the 31 years I have been with the club, I have been very fortunate to meet lots of interesting people from all walks of life. There have been the
movie stars like Robert Duvall, Robert Carlyle and Sean Connery and pop artists such as Amy Macdonald, Derek Forbes and Marti Pellow.
I’ve even met Celticmad Rod Stewart inside Ibrox, but by far the most fascinating of people, and in many ways humbling, was Tom Sutherland.

EE HODSON was given the job of nullifying the threat from winger Scott Sinclair in last weekend’s Old Firm league showdown, and he did so with aplomb. The Englishman failed to produce a shot on goal over the 90 minutes for the first time since Celtic’s 7-0 humiliation at Barcelona’s Nou Camp which tells you everything about
