Leadership Development Academy

The Leadership Development Academy is a six-month program designed to develop visionary, serviceoriented REALTOR® members for professional, civic and community leadership roles.

We are excited to celebrate our graduates and look forward to watching them succeed as REALTOR® leaders in Central Virginia.

This year’s LDA class:

• Heard from influential Richmond leaders about their journeys of servant leadership

Worked with a professional leadership coach to identify and develop their personal and professional leadership styles

Participated in nationally recognized, leadership programs, and conferences including Brene

Browns’ Trust in Leadership program and

Leadercast 2020

Assembled over 200 literacy kits for the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg for elementary schools in our community
