Leadership Development Academy BY GRACIE PECK The Leadership Development Academy is a six-month program designed to develop visionary, serviceoriented REALTOR® members for professional, civic and community leadership roles. We are excited to celebrate our graduates and look forward to watching them succeed as REALTOR® leaders in Central Virginia.

Worked with a professional leadership coach to identify and develop their personal and professional leadership styles

Assembled over 200 literacy kits for the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg for elementary schools in our community
