At Figaro’s the cornerstone of our menu is our delicious pizza. We start with a choice of Original, Thin or Sicilian Pan crusts. We offer several sauces including traditional tomato, creamy garlic, tangy BBQ and zesty picante. Then we top it off with a wide range of choice meats, fresh vegetables and a special blend of 100% REAL cheese. Order your pizza baked and ready to eat or as take-and-bake, ready to pop into your oven at home. We feature other tasty menu items, too, such as calzone, fresh salads, chicken wings, breadsticks and Pepsi products. Visit the individual store pages to view their complete menu. We now have Gluten-Free crusts in limited sizes which are also free of dairy, egg & soy! See store for details. Our restaurants are not gluten-free establishments. Please note our toppings and sauces with the exception of our picante sauce are also gluten-free *The pizza prices are for Take-n-Bake. Add $1.00 for already Baked pizza.

Casual Dining Etiquette By Sam Erickson

Very few restaurants these days would describe themselves as “formal.” Does that mean that every restaurant is the same? No, of course not. And casual dining is no reason to completely drop your manners and become a slob. What are the rules for casual dining etiquette? That really depends on your company and the restaurant, but here are a few tips that will see you through any dining situation. One of the very first things you’ll want to figure out is what “casual” actually means. For some, casual dining means fast food, while for others, it means business casual attire. The last thing you want to do is to be too casual in your dress or demeanor. This will also allow you to figure out about how much money you are going to spend. If you’re going with a group of friends, then you won’t have to worry about anything. It is still generally considered bad manners to answer your cell phone while eating. Even in casual dining restaurants, this can be an unwelcome distraction. Switch your phone off or to its silent mode when you sit down. If you have to take a call, the best thing to do is step outside, into the bar or into the waiting area. Of course, if you’re looking

for a friend, then keep your phone on until the whole party is together. This will allow you to pay attention to your party. It is still appropriate to put your napkin in your lap when you first sit down. If the server hasn’t yet dropped off the silverware, then you are off the hook, but as soon as it is delivered, the napkin should go into your lap. When eating at a casual restaurant, you don’t have to worry about ordering food you can eat with your hands, like cheeseburgers or fajitas. At fine dining restaurants, this is usually something you should avoid. Common appetizers don’t need to be spooned onto a separate plate. The communal feeling from communal plates might be exactly what you are looking for. At a casual restaurant, you don’t have to worry about which fork to use or what to do with those funny finger bowls on the table, but this doesn’t mean you should completely abdicate responsibility for having good manners or a little bit of etiquette. If you are with friends, you can be relaxed, but it’s a good idea to be more diligent when eating with colleagues or business executives or with new people. Your attention will pay off in the long run.

Coffee and Wine Pairings Family Features While pairing a meal with wine has been a staple of entertaining, offering coffee, wine and food pairings is an innovative twist that can take your next social gathering to a new dimension. Whether you are a foodie novice or a culinary aficionado, this easy guide uses the basic premise of wine tasting, but will open your mind (and taste buds) to coffee and food pairings.

pairings with food: • Much like wine, coffee growing, harvesting and processing practices have a dramatic influence on the flavors they produce, providing a flavor profile as complex as some of the best wines. • Our perception of flavor is directly related to our sense of smell, so noting the initial aroma is critical in properly experiencing the full taste of both wine and coffee. • When tasting wine or coffee, pay attention Coffee and Wine Similarities Understanding the similarities in the flavor to the acidity of each. Wine or coffee with high profiles between coffee and wine will help you acidity can be described as crisp, tangy and to identify and appreciate wine and coffee bright while those with low acidity tend to feel page 27
