GENELRAL RULES STRUCTURE OF FINANCE & LEGAL JD OF FINANCE & LEGAL COORDINATOR QUESTIONNAIRE REQUIREMENTS & SUBMISSION
General Rules You are eligible to be a candiadate of Finance & Legal Coordinator of AIESEC Yerevan if you're a member for at least 3 months Must attend team days, weekly team meetings. Must follow the team minimums and standards defined and are responsibe for the team members development. Must work closely with LCP and align as per needed. The term of F&L Coordinator will start from 1st of Feb 2020 to 31st of Jan 2021. For any matters to resign, he or she must notify LCP one month earlier and write the resignation letter and assign somebody to be responsible for that function. If Coordinator fails to deliver the role for more than three months, he or she will be reviewed and evaluated the performance by LCP. Coordinator must have the clear defined goals and well communicated to LCP and team members. Coordinator must align and evaluate the goals every quarterly with LCP and respective Managers. Coordinator can work in flexible hours aligned with LCP and shall design the working hours at the beginning of the term to track the process and progress. Coordinator must have written reports regarding their function to LCP every 15 days.

Finance & Legal Coordinator JD Accounting by preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements. Budgeting & budget statistics. Acts as primary custodian of the LC's Financial resources. Fundraising and applying for grants Creating an estimated budget and tracking it. Responsible for legality and contract tracking. Ensuring financial sustainability for LC. Assisting LCP and VPs in making financial decisions. Search for long-time partners regarding finance. Building and Maintaining a strong system for financial controls of LC Book-keeping, reporting, budgeting, invoicing and collecting payment Preparing monthly financial statements Monitoring the LC's Financial sustainability and proposing the action plan Propose investment opportunities and plans to grow financial stability
