A MESSAGE FROM LCP ELECT Dear Future LCVPs I joined AIESEC around 1 and half years ago, believing that one day I will be able to make a change, and a change that for my personal growth and the growth of the organization and finally I'm glad to open the VP positions. I believe in your capabilities that we are able to make a great change and take the organization one more great step forward. I can't do that without your effort and your dedication. being an LCVP is not an easy job but if you believe that you have passion, courage and commitment to be a leading role of this entity, don't hesitate to apply. TERMS & CONDITIONS You are eligible to be a candiadate of local comittee vice president of AIESEC Yerevan only if you are a full member. LCVPs must attend team days, weekly team meetings. LCVPs must follow the team minimums and standards defined and are responsibe for the team members development. LCVPs must work closely with LCP and functional MCVPs and align as per needed. The term of LCVPs will start from 1st of June 2019 to 1st of February 2020. For any matters to resign, he or she must notify LCP one month earlier and write the resignation letter to show professionalism LCVPs have the right to openly discuss and fire LCP with consensus if LCP fails to deliver the functional roles for more than two months by contacting MCP.
TERMS & CONDITIONS If LCVPs fails to deliver the role for more than three months, he or she will be reviewed and evaluated the performance by LC Control Board (i.e. LCP and MCP) for further actions. LCVPs must have the clear defined goals and well communicated to LCP and team members. LCVPs must align and evaluate the goals every quarterly with LCP and respective team leaders. LCVPs can work in flexible hours aligned with LCP and shall design the working hours at the beginning of the term to track the process and progress.
GENERAL RULES FOR LC EB Ensure the sustainability of LC and build effective synergies and cooperation with other functions. Promote AIESEC and implement the LC and National strategies. Ensure the growth of the respective team members and understand team goals and roles. Sharpen the culture, value and behavior of LC towards to collaborative environment.
LCVPs and their JDs LC VP TM Facilitate training cycles of professional skills, each functional areas and exchange procedures Ensure constant engagement of members to AIESEC Personal goal setting of each member and their follow up. Develop the culture of the LC and the mindset of members. Manage the recruitment process and ensure the members and LCVPs are continuously developing and learning by working closely with LCP.
LC VP ICX Manage, Measure and improve our incoming programs quality. Coach members and track their plans, focuses, goals and actual performance. Create strategic direction for achieving growth in quality and quantity of exchanges. Manage information related to ICX resources, materials and knowledge. prepare monthly and quarterly analysis of ICX and align with LCP. Build LC partnership and manage the delivery of those partnerships
LC VP OGX Ensure the professional and interesting flow of interviews. Coach members and track their plans, focuses, goals and actual performance. Create strategic direction for achieving growth in quality and quantity of exchanges. Facilitate growth in the functional area with equal focus on oGV & oGT products. prepare monthly and quarterly analysis of OGX and align with LCP. Manage LC to LC cooperations
LC VP PR/MKT Understanding of the Market; interests of youth, timelines etc. Provide Creative ideas of both online and offline promotion. Ensure equal focus on both exchanges with cooperation with ICX & OGX. Provide great clear representation of the LC and its products; manage portfolios in cooperation with BD. Manage SMM and ensure delivery & quality of our products and promotion of our partners.
LC VP BD the VP Is responsible for communication between LC and enablers. Study on market research to find the potential sponsors for the LC long term partnership. Develop the strong brand for partnership in the AIESEC network. Work with EB and MCVPs to reinforce the initiatives and products to ensure financial sustainability. Ensure university partnerships. Follow up with partner stakeholder & keep strong relations with them.
