MEET CHRIS EVENSEN | the eXperience group CHRIS EVENSEN is one of the top agents in the nation, closing over $1 billion in sales since 1992. Prior to joining William Raveis, Chris ranked top 5% Nationwide for fifteen years and his team consistently ranked top 10 in his local MLS while in the Northeast. In 2009, Chris was honored to be part of the launch as the broker of a large national real estate firm here in Naples and Marco Island, FL, a firm which now employs over 400 agents in Southwest Florida. Chris began his business education in the metropolis of New York City, and has applied that early foundation into his 25-year real estate career. At 18, Chris was recruited to attend university in Boston and received his degree in Marketing and Communication. Chris was a student athlete and played football and track throughout his collegiate career. He has taken his knowledge to the real estate markets in Boston, Miami and the North Georgia mountains, successfully selling luxury homes in multiple marketplaces. Chris’ unique sales style, in combination with his awareness to the value of luxury real estate, both as an investment and as a lifestyle, makes him a unique leader in the industry. MEET THE TEAM | the eXperience group SOPHIE HEWSON has been in the real estate business for over 10 years. She is the backbone to the team’s operations, and she ensures all customers receive the best communication and service possible. Sophie is a dual citizen of both the US and UK and has also spent time living in Toronto, London and Spain. She is a seasoned world traveler and is accustomed to working with people of all backgrounds and nationalities. Sophie was predominantly raised in Lake Forest, IL, just outside Chicago. While there she was a nationally ranked competitive equestrian, an accomplished student and active community member. Sophie has been coming to the Naples and Marco Island area for over 30 years and officially called Naples her full-time home in 2004. “My roots are happily set here in Naples, though I must admit I did leave a small part of myself in both London and Chicago, so I ensure to visit as often as time allows.” Sophie has degrees in both International Business and Finance and initially held a career here in Naples in the Finance Industry. After a few years she realized this was not the long term place for her and after some exploration, she found her way into the local Real Estate industry. In 2014, Sophie decide to partner with Chris as the first team member of “the eXperience group” and the journey began.

MEET THE TEAM | the eXperience group ADAM RADNO was born in New Jersey. He made the move to Naples with his family over 25 years ago. Adam graduated from Lely High School and then attended two Universities, first Florida International University and graduated from Mckendree University with a Degree in Business Management. Adam was a student athlete and played football for both programs through his collegiate career. After graduating Adam decided to take position within his family’s business. Its headquarters was located in Naples but this opportunity took him back to the Northeast to start working in the New York and New Jersey metro area. As Director of Operations he was involved in all facets of the business including construction and design of new facilities. Now full-time in the Real Estate industry, Adam uses his business acumen and a hands-on approach allowing him to accomplish sales in both residential and commercial sectors. Having grown up in the area, Adam has an intimate knowledge of all things Naples and has watched Southwest Florida expand to become the destination spot it is today.
