Preheat oven to 400º F. Pat chicken dry and sprinkle generously with salt. Rub in RawSpiceBar's Baharat Spice on both sides. Let sit for about 30 minutes.3. Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken in hot oil for 3-4 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn over and sear other side, reducing heat to medium. Sear another 3-4 minutes. 4. Place the skillet in the middle of the oven, uncovered, and bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180º F and juices run clear. Remove from oven and let rest.5. Serve baharat chicken with pita bread and yogurt and enjoy!
