How to Make [easy] Saffron Chicken RawSpiceBar Spices A easy, simple and deliciously elegant saffron chicken dish, with a drizzle of olive oil and high quality saffron threads, ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients 10-15 RawSpiceBar's saffron threads, diluted in pinch of hot water 1 lb chicken breasts or thighs, bone-in & with skin 2 brown onions, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp olive oil 1 lemon, juice Kosher salt and pepper, to taste

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the bottom of a cast iron skillet or casserole dish and layer in onions. 2. Pat chicken dry and salt and pepper liberally, then coat in saffron water. Lay the chicken on top of the onions. Sprinkle the garlic over the chicken, and drizzle with remaining olive oil. 3. Bake until brown, about 30-45 minutes, turning halfway through. Squeeze with lemon and serve & enjoy!
