Shichimi Togarashi Popcorn RawSpiceBar Spices Ingredients 2 tbsp coconut oil 1/3 c. popcorn kernels 1 tbsp butter, melted 1-2 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Shichimi Togarashi 1 tbsp honey Salt, to taste
Directions 1. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, shichimi togarashi, honey, and salt. 2. Heat the coconut oil in a pot over high heat. Once hot, add kernels, stir swiftly, and cover. Shake vigorously while popping and remove from heat once popping starts to slow. 3. Pour the popcorn into a large bowl and add the spice mix, coating well. Salt as desired & enjoy!
