Zaatar Lamb Chops With Pomegranates RawSpiceBar Spices INGREDIENTS 1 1/4 pounds lamb chops (about 8) Olive oil for drizzling 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 2 stems mint 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds Salt RawSpiceBar’s Sumac Sesame Za’atar

DIRECTION 1. Heat a grill pan on medium-high to high. Add oil, salt & pepper to lamb chops and sear, until cooked to desired rareness. 2. Combine, yogurt, mint, RawSpiceBar’s Sumac Sesame Za’atar in small bowl. Serve chops immediately with the yogurt-mint sauce and pomegranate. Enjoy!
