At Buccaneers games, to ensure fans don’t miss the action on the field, club guests will be asked to wait for the whistle at the end of a play before returning to their seats. This policy will be enforced throughout the event. Your cooperation is appreciated. ALCOHOL SALES & POLICIES RJS works hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Fans should be aware of the following alcohol policies: • All guests purchasing alcohol must show valid identification • Alcoholic beverages will be limited to two per person per purchase • Alcoholic beverage sales at portable and permanent concession stands on the main and upper concourses will cease at the beginning of the fourth quarter of a football game or its equivalent at other events. The club section may serve alcohol until the end of the game • Guests passing alcohol to minors or guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected or subject to arrest • Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring in alcohol will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested or having ticket(s) revoked

AMERICAN INVITATIONAL The ‘Super Bowl of Show Jumping’ is held annually at Raymond James Stadium. Visit www.stadiumjumping.com. ANIMALS Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed on RJS property. All other animals are prohibited. ARRESTS & EJECTIONS It is our goal to avoid ejections or arrests as much as possible; however, it is important that each guest enjoy a quality stadium experience while in attendance. We will enforce rules and regulations and eject or remove an individual from the stadium, without refund, when he/she does not abide by policies, rules or generally accepted standards of behavior that are consistent with safety or security. See Fan Code of Conduct/Prohibited Actions on page 5. ATMs ATMs are located on the main concourse near sections 119 and 144, on the club concourses near sections 217 and 242, and on each upper deck near sections 318 and 343. There is one ATM outside the stadium in the south plaza near the Ticket Office.

B BABY CHANGING TABLES Baby changing stations are located in all restrooms. BAG SEARCH RJS prohibits backpacks and large bags from being brought inside. All bags are subject to search upon entry and are subject to additional searches within the stadium. Items not

There are no lockers outside of the stadium to store items nor can they be held by stadium personnel. All items left unattended outside the gates will be disposed of. BANNERS, FLAGS & SIGNS Only hand-held signs will be permitted into RJS as long as they meet the following guidelines: • Signs can’t be made of wood or metal • The content of the sign must be eventrelated and in good taste as determined by the Tampa Sports Authority • Signs can’t be commercial, political or obscene in nature • Signs can’t obstruct other stadium signage or a guest’s view; they may not be attached to rails or other signs. • Staff reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of this policy. BICYCLE PARKING Bicycle racks are located near each stadium gate (A,B, C, D) in the dock areas surrounded by mechanical fencing. The stadium is not responsible for the loss of bicycles. BOTTLES, CANS & BEVERAGE CONTAINERS For safety reasons, guests are prohibited from entering RJS with any glass or plastic bottles, cans, thermoses or hard-sided containers of any size or style. Guests in possession of bottles or cans may recycle them at the gate or return them to their vehicles.

C CAMERAS & VIDEO RECORDERS Still, non- professional cameras of the “point and shoot” variety are allowed as long as they do not have removable lenses. Video recorders and camera bags are not permitted. CHILDREN’S TICKET POLICY The children’s ticket policy varies by event. Visit www.raymondjamesstadium.com.

CLUB LOUNGES RJS has two exclusive clubs located on the east and west side of the stadium. Each club features a climate-controlled lobby and lounge complete with two full-service sports bars, HD video walls and premium concessions. Prior to Buccaneers games, each club lobby’s restaurant, known as the Lower Galley, offers an upscale buffet. For restaurant reservations, call 813-350-6490. Club access changes from event to event. COMPLIMENTS & CONCERNS Compliments or concerns about your stadium experience may be reported to the nearest Guest Services booth attendant or to the TSA office at 813-350-6501. For safety reasons, they will be directed to walk immediately across one of the perimeter streets surrounding the stadium, which include: Dale Mabry Hwy, Himes Ave, Tom McEwen Blvd, or MLK Blvd. Guests will be asked to go their vehicles and turn on car radios or check www.raymondjamesstadium.com for re-entry information.

DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM

ENTRANCE GATES

RJS offers Budweiser’s Good Sport Designated Driver program at all events that serve alcohol. Fans who pledge to be a designated driver will receive a free soft drink coupon redeemable at all permanent concession stands. Driver’s license is required and patrons must be 21 or older to qualify – limit one per household. Visit any Guest Services booth for more information. Thank you for drinking responsibly!

Guests should look on their ticket for where to enter the stadium. There are four gates - A, B, C and D - that are for general admissions guests. Guests who have club access or are suite holders may enter either in the west club or the east club. Near the ramps at Gates A and C are special entrances for guests with disabilities.

DIRECTIONS

Escalators are located at Gates A, B, C and D as well as in each of the clubs. The direction of escalators adjusts for traffic flow midway through events.

See map on page 18. DROP-OFF & PICK-UP AREA The Mass Transit Drop-off on N. Dale Mabry Hwy next to the pedestrian bridge is designated for mass transit, non-disabled drop-off, taxi pick-up and limo staging. DISABLED DROP-OFF & PICK-UP AREA Guests with disabilities may be dropped off at Lots A, B/C and D for convenience. When picking up guests with disabilties, please allow time for exiting traffic to clear before returning for them.

The following is a list of behaviors that will not be tolerated: • Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures • Intoxication or signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption or drug use • Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures • Distributing handbills, pamphlets, etc., unless authorized by stadium management and the licensee renting the facility • Sampling or unauthorized collections of any kind on stadium property • Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat • Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting • Obscene or indecent clothing • Any disruption to the progress of the event by a guest’s actions, including throwing or kicking objects

HOUSEKEEPING ISSUES

First aid stations are located near sections 120 and 145 on the main concourse. On the upper concourse they are located near sections 319 and 344. Paramedics are positioned on the east and west walkways of the main and upper concourses and at each end zone.

RJS strives to present guests with a safe, clean and friendly environment during their visit. If a guest sees or experiences a housekeeping problem or maintenance concern, please notify event staff. You can also text 33607 with the location and housekeeping/maintenance issue or call the Stadium Office at 813-350-6501.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY Fans are not allowed to bring food or beverage items in the stadium. We ask that fans leave these items in their vehicles or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering. Exceptions are made for patrons that are two years or younger or for those with medical needs. Please contact Tampa Sports Authority in advance at 813- 350-6500 to make special medical arrangements.

G GUEST SERVICES BOOTHS Guest Services booths are located on the main concourse near sections 102, 119, 127 and 144; on the upper concourse near sections 310 and 336; in the club lobbies by the entrance and lounges next to the escalators as well as outside the stadium in the south plaza, Gate A and Gate B. Guest Service booth attendants assist guests with lost and found, lost children or fans, emergencies, Designated Driver program, wheelchair storage, stadium directions and questions.

L LIMOUSINES Parking for limousines varies by event. Visit the Parking Prices page at www.raymondjamesstadium.com. LOST CHILD/FAN Guests are encouraged to instruct their children to find an event staff member if they are lost or separated from their group. Lost children or fans will be taken to the nearest Guest Services booth. The party looking for the child or person should follow the same procedure. As a preventive measure, all Guest Services booths inside the stadium offer the Tag-A-Fan program. See Tag-A-Fan on page 11. LOST & FOUND All guests looking to claim or report lost items during an event should visit a Guest Services booth. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should contact the Stadium Office at 813-350-6500 during regular business hours. Lost items are brought to the Stadium Office by the end of each event.

M MEDICAL NEEDS Contact the Tampa Sports Authority office in advance at 813-350-6500 to make special medical arrangements. First aid locations in Quads B and D of the main and upper concourses can store special need items that are not permitted in the seating areas. Complimentary cups of ice are available at concession stands and bottled water can be purchased as well. Water fountains are located throughout the facility. MERCHANDISE RJS does not have a team store. Merchandise is sold only on event days. On the main concourse there are four permanent merchandise booths located at each quadrant (A, B, C, D). In each of the clubs there is one permanent merchandise store, located across from sections 211 and 235. In the upper concourse, permanent merchandise stands are located near Sections 304 and 317 and sections 330 and 341. Other locations may be available depending on the event. Check with Guest Services for a list of available merchandise booths. MILLER LIGHT PARTY DECK Tickets to the Miller Light Party Deck vary per event. So as not to interefere with guests’ event enjoyment, refrain from bringing noisemakers

or musical instruments into the stadium. This includes air horns, artificial noisemakers, vuvuzelas, aerosol cans and whistles.

O OUTBACK BOWL The Outback Bowl is a college football game that is typically played on New Year’s Day featuring teams from the SEC and Big Ten Conference. Visit www.outbackbowl.com.

P PAGING Paging requests should be made at a Guest Services booth. Only emergency pages will be made. PARKING Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are approximately 10,000 spots on site and 15,000 offsite. Patrons pay for parking upon entrance to the lot; cash only. All vehicles that enter RJS property are subject to search. For parking prices, visit www.raymondjamesstadium.com as they vary for each event as well as designated lots for different types of vehicles (motorcycles, buses, campers, limos, etc.). Follow the directions on the message boards that surround streets leading to the stadium for reserved, general or disabled lots. Advance parking is only sold for Bulls/Buccaneers season ticket holders and the Outback Bowl. Contact the Buccaneers, USF or the Outback Bowl for information on advance parking. PIRATE SHIP Built in 1998, the pirate ship is owned by The Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It cost $3 million and is designed to scale as a replica of an 1800s ship. The pirate ship is closed to the public during events. Cannons on the ship will fire during Buccaneers games. It is available to rent for parties.

Call 813-350-6414 for info. PROHIBITED ITEMS Prohibited items will not be stored at the gates; they must be returned to vehicles or thrown away. RJS is not responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen or damaged. Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection from the stadium or parking lots; tickets will be forfeited. Prohibited items include: • All food, drinks, cans, bottles and glass • Drugs/narcotics (prescriptions accepted) • Backpacks, duffel bags or large bags • Banners or flags with sticks or poles; items that could obstruct view • Camera cases and binocular cases • Video cameras and still cameras of the “point and shoot” variety with removable lenses (still, non-professional cameras are allowed) • Coolers and hard containers • Artificial noisemakers (air horns, bullhorns, whistles, vuvuzelas, etc.) • Items that could be missiles or projectiles • Lasers • Pets (except assistive animals) • Recreational balls and equipment of any type (including footballs) • Seat cushions • Skates, skateboards, skate-shoes, cycles, and Segways • Strollers • Umbrellas or items that obstruct view • Unlawful weapons/fireworks (except those required by Florida Law or the Licensee’s admission policy)* *Items permitted into the stadium are generally governed by the admissions policy of the Licensee and/or promoter of the event. Generally, most licensees’ and/or promoters’ admissions policies prohibit all weapons. OFFICIAL GUIDE TO RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM QUADS RJS has four quads that correspond to Gates A, B, C and D. Gates A and C have nearby entrances for guests with disabilities and contain elevators for those needing them.

R RAIN CHECKS All events occur rain or shine. Changes to this procedure will be noted on www.raymondjamesstadium.com prior to the event. RAMPS ADA compliant ramps are used as guest entrances into the stadium and are located in each gate area extending from the ground floor to the main concourse and to the upper decks. Escalators are built into the ramps allowing for easier access to all floors. RECYCLING Please recycle with the specially marked bins that are located throughout the stadium, parking lots and at the entrances. RE-ENTRY Re-entry is not permitted unless in the event of a medical emergency. During the event, call the Stadium Office at 813-350-6501. REPORTING FAN BEHAVIOR Guests who are subjected to or witness violations of RJS policies can text their issue and location to 33607 or call the stadium hotline at 813-350-6501. Fans may also report the issue to event staff or visit a Guest Services booth. RESTAURANTS See Club Lounges on page 3. RESTROOMS

RJS is equipped with 88 public restrooms located throughout the stadium and a total of 1,003 fixtures. With one fixture for every 61

people, restroom lines are minimal. See Family Restrooms on page 4. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE For roadside assistance in the parking lots, call the Stadium Office at 813-350-6501, raise your car hood or notify an officer at any lot entrance. Assistance includes gas, lockout and dead battery. RVS/CAMPERS For all RJS events except Buccaneers games, RVs, buses and campers may park in Lot 8. For Buccaneers games, RVs must park in Lot 13 or 14. RVs, buses and campers are not permitted on stadium property overnight. For overnight parking, visit www.floridacamping.com. See Parking Map on page 14.

S SAFE RIDE HOME PROGRAM Available only when alcohol is sold, impaired fans can participate in the Budweiser Safe Ride Home Program and receive a free cab ride within a 50-mile radius. Please visit any Guest Services booth to get a Safe Ride Home. SCALPING The resale of event tickets, regardless of price, is prohibited on RJS property including the parking lots. Report violations to the nearest Guest Services booth or law enforcement officer. See Ticket Issues on page 12. SECURITY PROCEDURES For your safety and the safety of RJS guests, you and your belongings will be searched upon entry into the stadium. By tendering your ticket, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the stadium landlord, the NFL, the NCAA, the Buccaneers, the Bulls or their respective agents, or any other licensee hosting an event at RJS. Inspection points are at all stadium entry points. To expedite entry into RJS and to assist our staff, guests should abide by the following guidelines: • Arrive early to give yourself plenty of time

SOLICITATIONS Distribution of banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials is prohibited at RJS and within its parking lots without the explicit permission of the event presenter, team or stadium operations staff. This includes any exchange of money while on the complex including the solicitation for donations to

Guests who persist in soliciting while on the stadium property or in the parking lots, will be subject to ejection or, as necessary, arrest as well as having all materials confiscated. The Stadium Office number is 813-350-6500 M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and on game days 813-350-6501. It can also be reached by TDD Phone at 1-800-955-8771. STANDING Fans that enter RJS are asked to enjoy the game from the comfort of the seat indicated on their ticket. When you stand, you block the view of other fans behind you. It is not the intent to limit fans’ enjoyment of the game but continuous standing in seating areas will not be permitted. Guests may choose to stand to watch the game in the end zones, club lounges or concourses. Please follow the directions of ushers and security. STROLLERS Strollers are not permitted into the stadium. SUITES Raymond James Stadium has three private suite levels featuring 195 air-conditioned luxury suites, which include fully retractable windows, multiple televisions, private bar, private restrooms and seating for 8-46 guests. The TAG-A-FAN program returns lost children/ fans to their ticketed seat. Free ID bracelets display the fan’s seat location making it easy for event staff and law enforcement to reunite separated parties. TAMPA SPORTS AUTHORITY Tampa Sports Authority is the manager of Raymond James Stadium. The Authority was created May 28, 1965 by Governor Hayden Burns for the purpose of planning, developing and maintaining a comprehensive complex of sports and recreational facilities for the Tampa Bay area. The Authority also operates three golf courses: Babe Zaharias, Rocky Point and Rogers Park. The courses are owned by the city of Tampa and operate financially independent of the stadium. Fans purchasing tickets from sources other than specifically designated ticket distributors, such as Ticketmaster, do so at their own risk; RJS is not responsible for and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary ticket provider. For any other ticket issues, such as duplicate or lost tickets, please see event staff. TOURS RJS is proud to offer exclusive tours of Raymond James Stadium. As a tour guest, you will have backstage access to many different aspects and workings of the stadium. This one-hour journey through the stadium includes a visit to the field, locker room, a private suite, Buccaneer Cove and more. Walk-up tours are offered most Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 2 p.m. to the public. No reservations are required, but please call 813-350-6500 to ensure tours will run on your preferred date. Tours the week of an event are subject to cancellation. Private group tours are offered most Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. Groups must have a minimum of 10 guests for reservations.
