MISSION

VISION

Tablon National High School, an eco-friendly school, seeks to provide quality education for the youth within and around its nearby barangays in order for them to be educationally and functionally-equipped, bounded with values formation, through the ever-supportive and committed stakeholders.

By year 2015, Tablon National High School envisions to be premier and center of excellence, producing globally competent and competitive technically-skilled citizens imbued with values formation.

7

The Beginnings

On year 1997, Tablon National High School existed first as an annex school of Agusan National High School. Under the leadership of Mrs Fe Baculio, Tablon High initially operated with two classrooms to cater a small group of learners. The tutelage of Mrs Rosalina Lumactud led the school to many transformations. Like a true learning paradise, the landscapes shape the school with varieties of flora. Under her administration, the school seal, the school uniform, and the school hymn were conceptualized. On January 15, 2012 by virtue of Republic Act 9950, Tablon National High School gained its independence as a school. The school progressed as improvements took place with the administrations of Mr Eulogio Suaner and Miss Magdalena Cachero. The school is now growing strong and steady in terms of student, teacher and building population as it continues to serve quality high school education in Brgy. Tablon.

Curricula

In line to the aims and operations of the Department of Education, Tablon National High School follows two academic curricula:

Physical Aspects

13

Physical Aspects

The leadership of Mrs Brenda Galarpe showed radical changes in the physical aspect of the school. Attuned to the ongoing developments in DepEd and in the community, Tablon High benefitted a lot from these changes. The downloading of funds made allocation and expenditure to school projects in the school faster. It gave more visibility as to where the school finance is going. It created a big impact to the community in a way that the people can either see or feel changes brought about by good fiscal management. The support from the local government council is overwhelming and the nearby development of Monte Cielo Subdivision paved way to the construction of a fence that likewise serves as perimeter fence to the school.
