A new season always brings new things, but this Spring, the Catering Department has many exciting new updates to share! Chef JC and our Banquet Chef Chris Kuhn spent the off-season working hard with our entire team to put together outstanding, new banquet and golf outing offerings I am proud to share that we now have a wide range of delicious breakfast, brunch, and dinner options, appealing outing packages, and have even added Sweet 16 and Prom menus to our offerings!

(Speaking of proms, this year, we are hosting a record-setting three proms-Cherry Hill West, Father Judge, and Riverside High School!) We also have been working on designing a sturdy, multi-purpose, multi-use grass wall to add as an offering to parties and events-this will be booked on a first-come-first-serve basis, so be sure to inquire today!

Throughout the process of revamping our menus, we took time to think about what we could add as a benefit to our members who choose us to host their events. I am excited to announce that moving forward as a member, when you book your event with us, you will receive the following benefits:

All room fees will be waived

All food offerings will have a 10 percent discount

Exclusive vendor offerings

We've curated a list of the best vendors around, and will allow you the exclusive opportunity to book with them

And on top of all this (and what I'm most looking forward to), the Andreola Room and Ballroom are getting a nice little refresh! Both rooms will be getting new carpeting, paint, and lighting fixtures! I am confident this will be a gamechanger in booking more weddings and events, and of course, make the member experience that much better. So don't wait, don't hesitate...
