INTRODUCING

New name, new logo, same mission. As you may have already known, at the end of 2022, I along with 6 other partners formed a new real estate brokerage. Our 4.5 years at Compass were fun, enjoyable, and stressful as we navigated a craze of a market that most of us had never experienced. Overall, we appreciated our time at Compass and the new friendships and colleagues we created. This new endeavor came about as a desire to return to a more intimate experience and a cultivation of the client relationships necessary in our industry. With the industry becoming ever more glamorized and selfpromoted and a market full of various uncertainties, including the drastic economic influence on rates and consumer confidence, it was our belief that there was no better time than now to make this move. This adjustment to the market requires even more foresight, detail, knowledge, and experience to maneuver through this new paradigm. With such a significant departure from the frenzied pace of the past, it reinforces our renewed focus on the core essence of real estate; the relationship with you the client.
