My first introduction to Realty Executives started with a BOOM. I was sitting in a suite on top of the Bellagio, looking out the window, and watching the fountains blast water into the air. My phone rings and I hear, “‘Dale, this is John Dwyer from Realty Executives. I’ve heard a lot about you and want you to join our company.” Call it kismet, but how could anyone have picked a more fitting moment to make a call that would change the course of my life?

Just three days after my co-agent and I joined Realty Executives, we went to the first franchise convention. It was open to broker/owners and agents. We met Outlier’s CEO, David Tedesco, on a rooftop venue in Scottsdale.

Following that, we were introduced to Debbie De Grote who turned our business aroundeasily doubling our volume. To this day, I tell agents to check out Exec U for the best FREE training on the planet and to think about hiring a coach.

Regarding value, how is it possible for a company to give its agents more value than it charges? From the company website (where it’s super easy for the public to find me), to the Digital Marketing Executive certification, to the annual convention- you just can’t beat the value that Realty Executives gives us.

What causes everyone in our franchise to walk around buzzing with enthusiasm? It’s because they LOVE the company, make great money, and benefit from the super talented staff and management, all the way up to the top at REI.
