The St Vincent greenway is not used much by the community.
The main challenge of the neighborhood is to make it more active, occupied and increase its population thus making it more safer and vibrant community.

A new trolley system -------The neighborhood is close to Wellston and Delmar metro link stations West end is a mile away from the renowed Washington University The Hodiamont Streetcar Right Of Way passes through the neghborhood which connects to downtown.

St Vincent greenway The greenway is redesigned with dedicated bikepaths and walkways that is wel shaded and well lit. The materials used for the pavement are permeable to reduce surface water runoff. New buildings are built facing the greenway in the vacant land to make it more safer and active.
Goodfellow Avenue The street is activated by developing more commercial activities along it in the street level. Bump outs with flowering plants and shrubs are established in intervals to calm the traffic along the avenue. The new buildings have mixed use with corner stores and housing above. The corner stores activate the street and the housing keeps the street safe.
