A terrible story of a sunken boat in the fjord, and never found again. No tangible trace of this story, just some oral testimony and the memory of a community. A fjord, beautiful in its wilderness, keeper of the myriad of animal species, the background of natural and exciting changes. Nature, that normalizes all, 124 absorbs the traces of mankind and leads to harmony in a beautiful landscape.
We can not change this, we can only work with nature, tides, seasons. We can keep this place as open-air museum, as a living and changing testimony of events (even those no longer visible) and donate it to the community. 76
Through a series of micro 20 architectures arranged along the bay we want to give back to the21inhabitants (but also tourists, campers, children) a place to discover. A place to closely observe the wonderful bird species protected in Falstadbukta, a place for hiking, 10 a place to relax with friends or where you can walk to discover the muddy bottom of the bay.
No memorials, no commemorative plaques. A place freed from its past that leaves emerge, from time to time, thanks to the movement of the sea, some traces of micro-architectures for visiting the park. These tracks will remind us of something, or just linger there and think about all the truths hidden beneath the sea.
