Recipe of Oeufs Meurettes Time of preparation:15min Time of beating:45min

Ingredients for 4 persons: -1 or 2 eggs for one person -100g of bacon (or smoked lardons) -100g of mushrooms of Paris -1 onion -1 garlic

-1 tbsp of flour

-50cl of good red wine (I prefer 2/3 of red wine and 1/3 of water) -1 bouquet garni -1 piece of sugar - butter

- salt and pepper -1 tsp of vinegar

- and some older bread for cro没tes
