The pancakes Ingredients:

400g of flour

4 eggs

1 l of milk

1 pinch of salt

40g of butter •

The recipe:
Put the flour in a dish. Make a hole. Add the salt and the eggs in the dish. Mix delicately with a whisk. Pour the milk little by little. Melt the butter and put it in the dish. Mix again. Leave it for 20 min. Cook the pancakes in a pan on medium fire. I chose this recipe because it is good and I like it. I eat pancakes on the second February for Candlemas.
