It utilizes a variety of different methodologies, practices and foundations to create comprehensive programming for each child. “Our center is very structured, but at the same time it supports learning opportunities without putting a cap on our children’s exploration or independence,” said Courtney Welch. “The therapists support children and modify the activity based on the child’s needs. If the child can only attend to an activity for a small amount of time, we are working each day to build up their engagement in the activity.” Somewhere Over the Spectrum has a large waiting and reception area with sensoryfriendly colors and seating. MEET KIWI Kiwi is a 2year-old, black Satin rabbit. He enjoys having his cheeks rubbed and is pretty sociable. He comes with a large rolling cage and an outdoor hutch. The hutch is very nice and can be kept inside a garage or patio area. It can be dangerous for rabbits to be kept outdoors. Prey animals can still get to them, even in secure caging.
