The Reddam House Art and Performance Awards were created to reward, acknowledge and encourage Reddam students who have participated and excelled in creative and cultural pursuits. These are prestigious awards that are earned from both individual and group achievement and commitment.
Each discipline has a set of criteria for the awarding of points, which are outlined in this guide. Points are cumulative over the course of a student’s time in the Primary School, and start again in the High School
Team Colours and Half Colours are awarded once in a student’s Primary or High School career, however Full Colours may be re-awarded due to the cumulative nature of points. The benchmarks for colours are outlined below.
Discipline coordinators may require certified evidence of external achievements, and are able to verify internal Reddam House achievements. It is important to note that the points outlined in this booklet are the maximum points able to be awarded for each achievement, representing exemplary achievement, and not the amount that is automatically conferred.
Points submissions are accepted only for achievements within the current school year, and points may not be backdated. For events that occur after the deadline for RHAP points submissions, any points earned will automatically be allocated towards the following year's awards
Specific queries may be directed to the discipline coordinators outlined in this booklet, or the Curator of Music Performance and Special Events, Ms Elli Bortolotti: elli.bortolotti@reddamhouse.com.au.
