Venezia Ice is located in the main cities of Morocco. In order to get closer to its customers and to develop its concept, the brand, which currently has more than 40 outlets, is present in Casablanca, Mohammedia, Rabat, Meknes, Fez, Salé, Tanger, Tetouan, M’diq Nador, Saidia ,Kenitra, Marrakech, Safi and Agadir. THE KEY DATES • 1998 : The start of the raw materials import of ice cream and pastry. The consumption market of ice cream at this time was low in Morocco (mainly on summer). The incentive an the opportunity to, Develop a business around the ice cream market all year long (all seasons) was huge. • 1999 : Creation of Venezia Ice, whose business consists mainly in the manufacturing and distribution of artisanal Ice cream and pastries. Progressively, the company innovates and develops its whole product line around other ranges. • 2003 : Inauguration of its production plant one of the most modern in North Africa ,with an area of 2000 m2 located in the industrial site of Airport Mohamed V in Nouasser • 2004 : Opening of the first franchise in Marrakech • 2005 : ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 Certifications • 2006 : Changing of social name Venezia Ice becomes MCDF « Moroccan Company for Dessert and Food » Venezia Ice remains as commercial brand for its ice cream, pastries and franchise partners. • 2008 : Creation of the logistics platform, an investment of over 15 million of dirhams In Bouskoura. • 2015 : FSSC 22000 Certification • 2016: The construction and launch of our ‘’Bakery’’ production facilities. Which allow us to extend our range of services to include ‘’Vuennoiserie’’ and ‘’Bread’’ • 2017: We are expecting to launch our new concept, ‘’Bakery by Venezia Group’’ by the first trimester of the year. Which will position ourselves on a new target market. Two opening to be expected in the same year (2017)

Currently, MCDF is experiencing a real success on the different segments of the markets. From the BtoB perspective we rely on a considerable customer portfolio consisting of caterers and large accounts. A success justified by the choice of ingredients carefully selected, the use of natural flavors, the brand’s adaptation to the tastes and preferences of the Moroccan consumer and to the adaptation to the BtoB requirements and specifications. Therefore, about a dozen of new flavors are incorporated annually in the recipes of Venezia Ice. Furthermore, a ‘’light ice cream’’ product line was developed to answer a considerably growing demand.
