GENERAL: The Sw’Equity One facility, while primarily an Atelier can be transformed into a full integrated 40’ x60’ Marine Performance Stage. This is to provide a venue and creative outlet for members of the Atelier Crew as well as provide a venue technically capable of supporting major outdoor performances. The venue will be a ‘Subsidy’ House and open to all. Substructure: The ‘Stage’ is part of a grouping of Five [5] – Seven [7] RCP-450 Jack-Up barges. While the primary purpose of the barge is to accommodate the ‘Atelier’ facility, it is reconfigurable into the stage as a secondary use Two barges will carry MML A60 DNV 2.7-1 Offshore Accommodation Modules [36 +6 +6] totaling 96 Rooms with full Galley/Mess capability.
