Sw’Equity One is a development germinated from the MATH Not METH Constructive Engagement philosophy. The decision to take the facility ‘Offshore’ stems form the need to respond rapidly to Community needs while reducing unnecessary encumbrances. The facility is not designed to compete with or displace an existing initiative, rather to augment them. The program will be funded in the initial term by a 100% investment from the RedSeven Services Cooperative Venture Initiative [CDN$52Million] with a carry-over of, if necessary, of Five Years. [ROI is projected at Ten [10] Years]
