Regennia N. Williams

I am the founder, President, and Executive Director of the RASHAD Center, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) non-profit educational corporation focusing on the arts and humanities. RASHAD is the acronym for Religion and Spirituality in the History of Africa and the Diaspora, and the Center is governed by a three-member board. The RASHAD Center publishes The Traditions & Belief Newsletter and The Journal of Traditions & Beliefs. It also works with the Spiritual Gifts International Black Sacred Music initiative, the Praying Grounds Oral History Project, and related research, writing, teaching, and community service activities.
