When I think about Christian leadership, I think about the examples I saw throughout my time at Regent. The Ph.D. program was tough, but there was a transformation that took place in my life because of the type of leadership I was under.

As I began to develop a pattern of resilience, I realized everything was going to work out,” Jason explains. “You’ve got to have a very intense focus. That is what allowed me to continue moving forward in leadership.” He says there were difficulties
