Our veal is only milk-fed to retain the delicate flavor, color and natural moistness, and the chicken is free - range and/or organic. All breads and desserts are homemade and prepared with the best organic fluors, mono -cultivar chocolates and free-range eggs. We cherish tradition, quality and respect of the ingredients, everything is freshly and handmade for your order and we proudly promote a Bahrain Zero -km sourcing, sustainable, organic and locally produced food.
