As I begin my first full year as superintendent at Ore City ISD, I am filled with excitement and anticipation of all the great things to come. The OC Rebels and Lady Rebels have been working tirelessly this summer to get ready for the upcoming seasons. The athletes, cheerleaders, and band members have demonstrated incredible commitment and resolve, showing their dedication to OC and taking great pride in representing us. I’m immensely proud of our students and staff and hope for a successful and enjoyable season for everyone.
To my Rebels and Lady Rebels, I want to extend my thanks for letting me be a part of your journey and for celebrating the successes I’m sure you’ll achieve in the coming year. I’m excited to cheer you on from the sidelines of the fields, courses, and courts. I’m incredibly proud of each of you!
I would also like to thank the staff, parents, and community for their support. It is a great day to be a Rebel!!

From the Athletic Director,
I would like to thank the Admin, school board, Rebel club, and the town of Ore City for putting their faith in me to lead our athletic program. The school and town have been very welcoming to myself and my family. We look forward to the years of working together and putting the kids of Ore City out on the fields and courts giving them, their families and community something they can be proud of and look forward to watching and being a part of.
I would also like to say thank you to the band, the cheerleaders for their hard work to give Friday nights a sound and voice track. I would like to thank the clock operator, the PA announcer, the concession stand workers, maintenance crew, and custodians for all their hard work that goes unseen or overlooked sometimes.
Lastly, I would like to thank my family. For their support during this transition to Ore City. And all the support they have given me throughout the years that it took to get me here. My wife Leslie, my son Kolby and my daughter Jovie you are the best. And to my parents and my wife’s parents thank you for all you do for us to make this work.

We are so proud of you and the young man you have become. Time has passed way more quickly than we were ready for. It seems like yesterday you were a little cowboy starting kindergarten. It has truly been our biggest blessing watching you grow into the young man you are today. You're kind, funny, stubborn and hard as heck to wake up. We love you more than you will ever know and look forward to seeing what God has planned for your future. Love, Mom and Dad
