REINKE HISTORY Richard Reinke was born June 1922 and founded Reinke Manufacturing Co., Inc. at the age of 32. He was raised on the family farm and the youngest of twelve children. Constructing various objects was an enjoyment for Richard. At the age of 15, he purchased educational materials in engineering, architecture and draftsmanship. He was determined to invent a better future. With Richard´s passion for agriculture, it propelled him to become a world leader in technologies for mechanized irrigation systems. When the company was founded in 1954, it was primarily engaged in fabricating structural components for farms and commercial buildings. Through the years, the emphasis moved to mechanized irrigation systems. As a pioneer in the irrigation industry, many of Richard´s innovations have become industry standards. Reinke Manufacturing Co., Inc. has experienced positive growth by joining new innovations together with time-tested designs. The world headquarters is located in Deshler, Nebraska – where it originally started. There are locations throughout North America and around the world.
