RMX23

RMX23 is RE/MAX Australia’s national conference that combines several events across multiple days.

Our goal is to provide an XCITING event that helps you REFOCUS your energy, your strategy, and your processes to ultimately MAXIMISE your production.

RMX23 is an event for ALL RE/MAX members with general sessions, as well as dedicated Sales and Property Management breakouts. Whether you are a business owner, a sales agent, a property manager or an administrator, there will be an exceptional line-up of some of the best industry speakers and performers with relevance to each role in the network.

Our members will also have the opportunity to meet with RE/MAX Preferred Partners and Guest Exhibitors to understand how you can connect with their business to help improve yours.

administrators’ day

Administrators are the backbone of every office. To encourage the development of our support staff, RE/MAX Australia holds bi-annual training to assist those in these roles.

Guest speakers are engaged to cover crucial topics for personal and professional growth. Whilst education is a priority, developing a support network is just as important. So, take this as an opportunity to have a break from the office & meet and collaborate with likeminded individuals in the network.

LAdies Event

The Ladies Event is designed to create an opportunity for the ladies of RE/MAX to meet and network with each other in a relaxed and social environment.

Join us in-person to discuss challenges, share ideas and build meaningful connections within the network.

One of the advantages of membership in RE/MAX is the opportunity to compete on a national and international scale.

RE/MAX Australia hosts an Annual Awards event every February to recognise the achievements of our top-performers for the previous calendar year.

This night also presents a great opportunity for us to come together and celebrate the efforts of all members collectively.

Team Leaders & Individuals who have achieved Platinum Club and above for the previous calendar year are invited to an exclusive cocktail event hosted prior to the Annual Awards Gala Dinner.

International R4 convention

R4 is an annual event hosted by RE/MAX LLC with a week of education, entertainment and networking sessions to assist you in your real estate career.

Thousands of RE/MAX members from across the globe, come together in Las Vegas to share insights and experiences, and learn how to keep navigating the new normal innovatively.

If you’re a seasoned veteran of R4, the biggest RE/MAX networking event of the year, then you know how invaluable the event is for growing your business and staying on top. If you’ve never been to R4, not attending versus attending is the difference between standing still or rising above.

Broker/Owner Essentials

You’re a member of the most professional, most productive real estate network in the world.

In this 3-day course our Brokers will learn to leverage the power of the RE/MAX brand, apply best practices for your office’s financial health and recruit and retain the right agents.

DAY one

Covers topics in relation to RE/MAX and what tools and resources are offered under our brand.

This training is mandatory for New Broker/Owners and we strongly suggest our existing Broker/Owners revisit this course at least every 2 years.

DAY TWO

Moves into looking at your business and striving to create a thriving office by putting clear systems in place. Once you have a plan and know your value, you can start to confidently speak to agents about what your offering is.

DAY THREE

During this session we discuss where you find agents and how you attract them into your business. We’ll also touch on growing and managing a rent roll.

RE/MAX facilitates in-person meetings for our Brokers which provides an opportunity for them to come together, discuss relevant and current events, exchange ideas, and network with fellow business owners.

The meetings are held in the RE/MAX Australia Training Room, which are streamed live to offer online attendance for Broker Owners based interstate, or in regional areas of QLD.

Interactive Online

When required, RE/MAX Australia will host online meetings for all Broker Owners to tune in, share knowledge and collaborate on important topics geared towards leadership, business growth and office management.

All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the video library in Broker Dashboard for you to revisit at any time or catch up on missed content.

The annual Broker Christmas Party is a much-anticipated event. A chance for our hard-working business owners to take a break from the office and join together to celebrate the year that has been.

This event is a great opportunity for RE/MAX Australia to thank our Brokers for trusting in us, and to show appreciation for their continued support and contribution to the brand.

We all know how important recruiting is to the growth of your office, but sometimes you need to re-energise your strategies in order to maintain consistent recruiting efforts.

Our recruitment workshops are designed to give you some fresh ideas about how to fill your offices with qualified, desirable agents. Keep in mind that a solid recruitment strategy is often one of your best retention tools.

Not only will we provide you with scripts & dialogues, accountability and key recruitment resources, but you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow Brokers and create an environment to identify obstacles and develop solutions together.

This event is an annual multi-day conference that provides a fun and relaxed environment for business owners to exchange ideas, lessons or success stories. We’ll also learn from world-class speakers and trainers to ensure you are constantly challenging and improving the way you operate your business, and yourself as a leader.

Not only is this a worthy educational experience, it’s also a great opportunity to take a break from the office, connect with new business owners, and build on relationships with familiar faces. A mustdo event at a beautiful destination across the world!

The Broker Advisory committee

The Broker Advisory Council (BAC) is a team of dedicated RE/MAX Broker Owners committed to enhancing the RE/MAX market presence across Australia.

The BAC meet on a quarterly basis to discuss opportunities for promoting the RE/MAX philosophy, through various mediums, to grow brand awareness. They will assist the Region in ensuring value is perceived for all members where possible and to protect the RE/MAX brand in its evolution.

The BAC exemplify and promote the highest level of team spirit and professional image of RE/MAX in Australia. They provide a sounding board for Broker Owners, to help expand the RE/MAX program with united effort.

RE/MAX Sales Excellence is a comprehensive online training program, exclusively built for RE/MAX Australia Real Estate Professionals.

Platinum Plus Platinum Plus cocktail party forum

To recognise and support our high achievers, RE/MAX Australia host an annual function at stunning locations across the globe. The Platinum + Forum is designed to assist our top associates to learn new strategies and grow their business without limits.

This initiative is an educational event that features top industry speakers and trainers, but we all know it’s the social functions that attract the most attention and create additional value for our members.

Platinum + members are invited to attend this exclusive event. These are agents that have achieved more than $300,000+ in gross commission or 75 settled transaction sides for the previous calendar year.

Team Leaders & Individuals who have achieved Platinum Club and above are invited to a special cocktail event hosted by RE/MAX Australia prior to the Annual Awards Gala Dinner in February.

This exclusive event is not open to Team Members or Administrators.

The RE/MAX Platinum+ conference is a must for those in the RE/MAX Brand. Whilst it is only reserved for high achievers it is worth striving towards and making into the high achievers group as the experience I describe as a once in a lifetime.
