Maintenance fees and a list of maintenance fee inclusions (trash, lawncare, etc.) Parking and locker numbers. Fob key to the building and any common areas A list of bylaws and restrictions Details of any physical aspects of the home that HOA covers, for example: roof, siding, doors, and windows.
