50 Ri-level coaches cars were delivered to the MTA, Maryland, USA including RC-cars (cab cars with toilet), RE&H-cars (trailer cars with toilet), RS-cars (trailer cars with snack bars), and RT-cars (trailer cars without toilets or snack bars). Passenger seating capacity for each type of car ranges from 130 to 135 passengers seated two abreast. All seats, which can recline or fold, are ergonomically designed to provide superior comfort to the passengers. Folding seats provide access for wheelchairs. These Ri-level cars are the first to achieve FRA (Federal Railroad Administration) certification to run at 200 km/h speed on Northeast Corridor (Washington D.C. to Boston) track.

Coaches 107 Ri-Level (MBTA) Japan

107 Ri-level coach cars were delivered to the MBTA, Boston, USA. Ri-level coaches, which provide more seating capacity and comfort without changing the length of entire train, are put into service as a solution to overcrowded commuter lines. There are two models: RCTC (Rem Control Trailer Coach) which has the driverďž•s cab on one end, and RBTC (Rem Blind Trailer Coach) which has no drivers cab. Passenger seating capacities for each model are 175 and 185 for RCTC and RBTC respectively. Fixed cross seats are arranged with a table between the center seats. These cars employ air suspension systems that provide superior ride quality and comfort for the commuters. Passenger seating capacity for each type of car ranges from 135 to 140 seated passengers. All seats are ergonomically designed to provide superior comfort to the passengers and offer two abreast seating. Folding seats provide access for wheelchairs. These cars are equipped with an automated trap door system which raises/lowers trap doors automatically when side doors are opened/closed. This feature allows automatic passenger egress-ingress to the train from low-level platform as may be required by various stations. Coaches 134 Ri-Level (LIRR) Japan

134 Ri-level coach cars were delivered to the LIRR, New York, USA consisting of RC-cars (Rem cab cars), RTT-cars (Rem trailer cars with toilet), and RT-cars (Rem trailer cars). The RC-cars are equipped with an engine man's compartment for "push-pull" operation. At the end of each car are three flip-up seats to provide room for up to two wheelchairs. The upper level can accommodate 60 seated passengers and the lower level can accommodate 62 seated passengers, with additional seating at the middle level on the ends of the cars. All seats are ergonomically designed to provide superior comfort to the passengers and offer two abreast seating. The body shell made of hi-strength and anti-weather steel is of an integral tubular load-bearing structure. The car's service life is 30 years.

The running gear of the cars is of RCW-2C, Y25 and etc. type bogie with the labyrinth axleboxes, radial-arm wear less axle-box guidance. The second suspension system is air spring.

The cars are provided with the integral windows with aluminum frame. The cars are also fitted with perfect facilities, such as, package type air-conditioning units system, electric drinking water boiler, GRP modular toilet and washroom, reclined seats, Karaoke acoustics device.

Passenger Coach REM SY – China (ISO/UIC Standard) Passenger Coach REM SY consists of four seat vehicles and one generator vehicle, which takes the environment of Syria and the application conditions into full consideration to ensure the safe operation in tropic and desert areas. This coach conforms to International Union of Railway Criteria UIC, International Standardization Organization ISO, China National Standard GB and China Railway Standard TB. This coach is designed suitably for the current railway network in Syria with the gauge of 1050 mm. REM RYZ25R air conditioned hard sleeping car - China RYZ25R air conditioned hard sleeping car is new type of air-conditioned passenger car designed and manufactured according to technical specification for air-conditioned passenger car with 160km/h. The car body of RYZ25R hard seating car is a barrel-type steel structure formed by integral load carrying all-steel welding and without central beam, and the side wall is flat. Ripple plate is applied between both bolsters of under frame, and the section is same as 25-type car. Couplers and the coupler yoke made by No.15 class C steel; and G1 large capacity buffer and rubber or vestibule gangway are applied for this car. Glass fiber insulation is equipped inside the car body, and the wooden structure can meet the inflammation resistance requirement. The bogie is RSW-160 type, and dynamic balance test is performed for the wheel set. Type 104 electro pneumatic brake controlled by electricity is used. The total refrigeration capacity of the air conditioning unit for the complete car is 2×29.03KW2×25000kCal/h, and with concentrated power supply mode. Main circuit cable and electrical connector are mounted inside and at end of the car respectively. The lighting can be realized by reflection with the lights through the complete car; and 25-type combination aluminum alloy windows are mounted. Integral glass fiber reinforced plastics products are used in the toilet and washroom, and the washbasin is made by stainless steel.

The overall design is highly integrated and modularized. The equipment layout adopts the popular type available in AC motor cars all over the world, which means to be equipped with middle through-corridor, slant symmetrical layout and box-like driver''s desk. Having adopted domestically-made GT0O water cooling converter and 1225kw high power asynchronous traction motor, the electric drive system is featured with wide constant power range, high axle power, super adhesion, high efficiency and power factor, etc.. The control system adopts distributed micro-computer network control system, and redundancy design with mainframe hot preparation and redundancy I/O is applied to improve running reliability of the whole motor units. 3. Adopting wide car-body drum profile, integral load structure with super light thin shell and doublecrown streamline head first applied in China, convergence pressure wave is reduced. Adopting roof interlayer ventilation method, independent ventilation type is applied to traction motor, water cooling to main converter and oil cooling to main transformer. Compound aluminum board cooler with water and oil is adopted.
