I General view
I General view
1. Our steel structure warehouses are customer-oriented. With complete cost-calculating and designing system, we can provide applicable building systems to our customers and meet their every demands.
2. Decisive factors for the total cost of steel structure industrial building: The local weather condition, the purpose of the building, the customers’ requirements etc. will greatly influence the quantity of steel structure, the selection of wall and roof panel, and the layout of the building and any other decisive factors of total cost.
3. Technical info we considered In our cost calculation and designing, we’ve considered the wind load: 0.8kN/m2, snow load: 1.5kN/m2.
II Steel structure
1. Primary structure 2. Secondary structure 3. Roof and wall purlin 4. Gutter
1. Primary structure
The steel structure we proposed for the 621 m2 warehouse is of portal frame. Its primary steel structure includes steel column and steel girder.
1. Primary structure Steel for main frame will be Q 345B (high-strength low alloy steel). They will be applied with anti-rust paint, double-layered primer paint, double layered finish paint. The specification of steel will be as follows:

Physical Property
1. Primary structure
A sample of primary steel structure
2. Secondary structure
Secondary steel structure of the 621 m2 warehouse mainly includes tie bar, diagonal braces and purlin brace. These structures are mainly for strengthening the primary structure.
2. Secondary structure Steel for secondary steel structure will be Q235B(carbon constructional steel) . The specifications are as follow:

III Bolts
1. Common bolt 2. Foundation bolt 3. High-strength bolt
1. Common bolt We will use M12 common bolt for fixing purlin and purlin braces with roof and wall girders. All the common bolts will be galvanized.
2. Foundation bolt We will use M24 foundation bolt for fixing column with foundation. The foundation bolts are made of ÎŚ 25 steel bar.
Foundation bolt
3. High-strength bolt M20 high-strength bolt will be used to fix girder with columns, girder with girder and tie bar with column. All the common bolts will be 20MnTiB.
IV Roof and wall panel
IV. Roof and wall panel Roof panel we proposed for the 621 m2 warehouse will be 100mm corrugated PU sandwich panel. Wall panel will be 100mm PU sandwich panel.

V Packing
V Packing We will pack the steel structure and other materials with steel pallet. There are wheels on one end of the pallet. Thus it will be easier to load and unload.
