In order to let every family member enjoy the holidays, we pay special attention to activities aimed at children. Every morning, you will be able to choose if your children want to join a club.

Games and activities

Places of gentle stimulation / learning activities and games, les Moufletteries are also an area of softness and safety. Led by early childhood specialists, they open their doors at least 5 days a week. They contain both indoors and outdoors areas equipped with games, rest areas with beds, changing and kitchenette areas.

Here, we cherish laughter and creativity.

There, watchwords are safety and hygiene.

From 4 to 12 years of age, in clubs suited to each age group and supervised by qualified leaders, children are taught via themed workshops, are involved in creating shows or are taken on nature discovery tours whilst playing outdoors.

Teenagers get together from: 13 to 17 years

With the club, one is never bored: new sliding sports, sledge or scooter (additional fees sometimes requested), there is never a dull moment! Included in these 30 hours are 1 to 2 full days a week and 1 to 2 staying up evenings supervised by our leaders. Not to mention Nouvi’s parties!

Chums and freedom Youths and leaders plan their afternoons and evenings together: sports, slopes outings , new sliding sports, parties in the evening. Never a dull moment. In low season, possible age re-grouping.

For children staying half or full board, evening meals are included.

SKI Children are able to join our skiing clubs 5 to 6 days a week, they are safe and you are able to ski peacefully.

A typical day with Nouvi IN ONE OF OUR clubs Karellis: kindergarten with Nouvi – Mountain From: 7:45 to 8:30, the children arrive. From: 8:30 to 9:30, indoor games: colouring and jigsaw puzzles. From: 9:30 to 11:30, sledge mania, playful slides and outdoor games. From: 11:45 to 12:00 noon, the children are collected. From: 13:30 to 14:15, nap, followed by indoor games and OCTOBER 22

Ronce-les-Bains: Youth Club with Nouvi – Sea From: 10:00 to 12:00 noon, walk to the beach, collect seashells and drift wood, etc. We then make photo frames and other souvenirs with our gathered goods. From: 14:00 to 14:30, a choice of relaxing games: drawing, painting, jigsaws, board games, etc. FEBRUARY 11 18

MARCH 17

From: 14:30 to 16:30, treasure hunt between beach and forest: find the Fort Boyard treasure and learn about local history and folklore. The winners will have a nice surprise! After tea, choice of activities: table tennis, team sports, workshops, etc. From: 17:30 to 18:00, back with parents. Time spent at the club is arranged around the adults’ programmes. 7

Happiness is also… on one’s plate Everyone will find something to suit his or her taste! From breakfast to dinner, you will be entirely satisfied. From our (basket) packed lunch to our finest banquet, we know ‘how to go to town on a meal.’

A menu a day • Our buffet breakfast offers a great deal of variety; breads, croissants, fruit, cottage (style) cheese, fruit juice, cereals… t o start the day with a treat. • Lunch & dinner are made up of a hors-d’oeuvre buffet or a soup followed by a main meal. General terms and conditions of sale Signing for a holiday implies the acceptance of our general terms and conditions. For groups, refer to the conditions on the relevant documentation. For ’Limited Edition’ stays and partnered destinations: refer to specific conditions. MEMBERSHIP OF THE RENOUVEAU ORGANISATION Stays in Renouveau facilities (except for our hotel in Morzine) are open to everyone provided one is a member of Renouveau (Clubs - 1901 Act) and the stay is over three nights. Each family must join the club even if it shares its accommodation with another family. Membership is valid from November 1st until October 31st; several holidays may be arranged within the same year period. Additionally, membership to Renouveau may be purchased without staying in its facilities. Membership fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances. For stays under four nights, membership is free. • Individual membership for young persons (proof of age or student status required) € 10.00 • Individual membership for those working or retired € 13.00 • Family / couple membership (working or retired) € 19.00 • Group membership € 85.00 • Large family group * of at least 15 members staying on the same dates on the same site: single family membership charged and a single named individual to pay for the stay (valid throughout the year except for the period January 1st.) *Large family group: this membership applies to the following members: ascendants, offspring, cousins, uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces. Claiming not to use services offered cannot be used as grounds for departing from the price. Some services may be charged extra. Rental without catering: the price is based on the size of the accommodation provided. We state the maximum capacity. The number of occupiers may in no circumstances exceed the stated capacity of the accommodation, or the number of persons specified in the booking contract. T.V. included in the price. Our residences: specific services – (Agay, La Baule, Digne-les-Bains): beds made upon arrival, twice a week and end of stay cleaning, bathroom linen provided. Optional extra: daily cleaning for a supplement, advanced booking can be made when registering for the stay. T.V. included in the price for La Baule and Agay, optional extra for Digne-les-Bains. Prices do not include: coffee, local tourist tax, personal liability insurance, repatriation cost, search and rescue, cancellation insurance (2% of the overall cost of the stay – 5% for the “Limited Edition” stay with travel arrangements). Local tourist tax: for every facility, it is charged for by Renouveau in addition to the cost of the holiday stay. Renouveau cannot be held liable for any creation or modification which comes to its attention after the

initial booking. Pricing for supplements: activities, training, tours… Prices stated in our catalogue must be added to the price of the stay. These are set as at: 31/03/2011. Renouveau reserves the right to reflect in its prices changes in the prices of service providers, and of possible economic, regulatory and fiscal developments (transport costs, taxes, exchange rates…) DISCOUNTS You may be entitled to discounts associated with your family benefits entitlement for the full board and half board options during the yellow period only (see pricing tables). Find out the price of your holiday stay by working out your benefits entitlement: take the income tax figure (or “world income” for French households receiving part of their income from abroad) stated on your official income tax form for the year 2010 and divide this figure by any tax allowance: (stated in shares in the French Tax system). Family benefits entitlement = income tax divided by tax allowance (see above). If the resulting figure is - below € 8,500 : discount of – 20% off the stated price - between € 8,500 and € 13,600 : discount of – 10% off the stated price - above € 13,600 : stated price applies. Should you wish to avail of the family benefits entitlement, you must do so, at the latest, upon your arrival in the holiday village; discounts do not apply to turn key stays. No contract shall be amended after the 31/10/2012. People who pay their taxes abroad or people who deem it unnecessary to disclose their income are charged the stated price. This tapering pricing does not apply to single room supplement. Retired members: financial assistance may be available from your national or local retirement / social fund. Discounts through the F.N.S. (National Solidarity Fund): during green periods (except travelling, stays abroad and partnered destinations) a 15% discount is allowed for people who are entitled to the F.N.S.; one must provide a certificate issued within the last 6 months. Discounts according to children’s age: under 14. Free of charge: as a general rule, infants under 3 months stay free of charge; neither catering nor childcare is provided. For specific times of the year (green periods) and depending on the facilities (see pricing table), children from 3 months to 2 years old are also able to stay free of charge and catering is provided (infant milk and mineral water excluded). Any contract shall be amended before 30 days after the end of your holiday, and no later than 31/10/2011. HOLIDAY ASSISTANCE Family benefits entitlement: based on the principle of membership solidarity (solidarité associative) Holiday cheques: Renouveau is accredited to the A.N.C.V.: holiday cheques are accepted in settlement. N.B. these must be made payable to Renouveau (name and address of the service provider). Those to pay for the stay must be sent to us by recorded delivery, and not presented to the secretariat of the establishment at the time of your stay. In case of loss, we are we are not liable. In order to be valid, holiday cheques must be made payable to us complete with the upper counterfoil of each cheque. M.S.A., works councils, C.O.S.-C.A.E.S, pension funds, civil servants and assimilated employes (assimilés): Renouveau is approved by/authorized by/ registered with/recognized by regulatory bodies (agréés par les organismes de tutelle). Get information at your social service. We can provide you with evidence of your stay. Holiday vouchers: given by the Caisses d’Allocations Familialies (child benefit funds in France) for family holidays, are accepted as payment for stays in our establishments, apart from Digne-les-Bains and Morzine. Holiday vouchers can in no circumstances act as the deposit to be paid according to the conditions stated in the paragraph “reservation and confirmation of stay”, below. Only original documents will be taken into account, and are to be sent recorded delivery as soon as you have received your “holiday vouchers” service reservation contract, under no circumstances should you give them to the secretariat at our establishments during your stay. In the event of loss, we are not liable. Each fund has its own procedure, we recommend you inquire at your Child Benefit Fund to know what kind and what sum of vouchers you are entitled to. On the holiday vouchers, you only need to complete the section concerning the beneficiary, and if necessary, to sign it. Holiday vouchers can in no circumstances serve as deposit. They are valid only for a minimum and a maximum of days, and in the framework defined by your Child Benefit Fund. For a shortened

stay (regardless of the reason) the value of the holiday vouchers will be proportional to the length of the stay. Specify if they have already been partially used during another stay, either at a summer camp or holiday centre… Holiday vouchers are only valid during the school holiday period of your school. As a result they cannot be used outside of the school holiday period unless you have a dispensation for the child/children concerned. NB certain Child Benefit Funds do not allow split stays. When sending the vouchers to our association, please specify • Your membership number • The number of your reservation contract • The establishments, date, and stay package chosen (board, rental…) finally the name of the family under which the reservation contract was written (when several families are on the same file), the name and relationship between the adult accompanying the child or children, when this person is not his/her/their parent. Renouveau is partners with VACAF at several destinations. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION OF STAY Any option is confirmed by the posting of a reservation contract to be returned to us signed. Each reservation will become effective upon receipt of the signed contract and the payment of the deposit of: - 30% of the total price of the stay if the reservation is effective more than 60 days before the start date - 50% of the total price if the reservation is effective between 60 and 30 days before the stat date - 100% of the total price if the reservation is effective fewer than 30 days before the start date Payment by card will be required for all reservations fewer than 30 days before the start date. For promotional sales, payment by card is compulsory. You will be sent a welcome booklet on receipt of your deposit. Refunds: if Renouveau owes payment of a credit or a reimbursement of an overpayment, requests are to be addressed to “service comptabilité adhérents” at Montmélian tel: +33 479 757 575, 09.00-18.00. DEPOSIT A deposit may be asked of you as security on your arrival. It will be returned at the end of your stay after deductions (if necessary), of the cost of broken or damaged equipment or goods, or of a fine to cover housekeeping costs if your apartment is not returned in a clean and proper state. In the case of leaving in the night without inventory being taken, the deposit will be returned at a later date subject to possible deductions, in which case the decision of Renouveau is final. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS You will be lodged, according to the composition of your family, the village chosen and the availability at the time of processing your request. Cot supplied on demand. During certain periods, single rooms are available (for an additional fee). For rental: a baby of under 2 years exceeding the capacity of the lodging can stay for a fee. Single room supplement: when a single room supplement is offered, the single room is allocated exclusively to one person, staying alone. Arrivals and departures: as a general rule, arrivals take place Saturday afternoon, with bedroom available from 16.00 onwards (on Sunday in Courchevel). The first meal served is dinner in the evening. Departures on Saturday morning after breakfast, room vacated and clean before 10am. It is possible to stay for more than one consecutive week, to prolong or end your stay

early, by asking the agreement of the establishment. Subject to availability, we can rearrange your arrival and departure dates. Upkeep: the accommodation at your disposal is your responsibility during your stay. You are responsible for its upkeep and the maintenance of all goods and equipment. All our establishments are non-smoking. Disabled facilities The following establishments have disabled access and are equipped with fittings for disabled people: Bois d’Amant, Valmeinier, Loctudy, La Baule, Digne, Mauriac, Ronce-les-Bains, Barcarès, and Beg-Meil (please ask us for more information). Animals In general animals are not accepted, except for guide dogs. However you can stay with your family pet during certain periods and for a fee, at Beg-Meil, Mauriac, Ronce-les-Bains, Roquebrune, and Souraïde. You must register your pet at the time of the request for the stay; this must be accompanied by a photocopy of an up to date vaccination record. Specific housing conditions require us to allocate either a single room or a shared room with private bathroom. The internal rules of the establishment must be respected, especially rules concerning hygiene, quiet, and the safety of other holiday-makers. Animals cannot be present during activities such as tours, walks, indoor activities… Noncompliance with any of these conditions may result in denial of access to the establishment. INSURANCE There is no individual insurance attached to membership. Our insurance covers only our public liability (not that of our members), and our liability to the purchaser, for the proper execution of the obligations resulting from the contract, whether these be carried out by Renouveau or other service providers. Broker AXA, policy numbers 545590E and 369000765809Y. We strongly advise you to get “head of household” liability insurance to cover any activities you plan to do. Theft: we advise you to request from your personal insurance provider an extension of your cover in case of theft during your stay with Renouveau. The management of our facilities cannot be held liable for theft of or damage to personal property either inside or outside the villages. It is not recommended to bring valuable objects or large sums in cash. The car parks at your disposal are not supervised, we are not liable in case of theft or damage. You may be offered insurance to cover your stay (optional): public liability + individual accident + search and rescue + repatriation cover. MODIFICATIONS TO STAY Any modification on the part of a member must be confirmed in writing before the scheduled day of arrival, otherwise the full amount of the reservation contract will be payable. Modifications concerning: location, dates, duration of stay or number of guests (increase or decrease in number), jeopardize our initial agreement and may lead to: - the allocation of different accommodation than that initially arranged and in the case of a reduction in the number of guests or the duration of the stay, the application of deductions stated in the paragraph “conditions concerning cancellation on the part of the member” below. - the impossibility of Renouveau granting the requested change. In such a case it will be considered that the member has cancelled the initial reservation. The conditions stated in the paragraph “conditions concerning cancellation on the part of a member” below, apply. The price of stays is fixed for the indicated periods. A premature departure or a late arrival can in no circumstances lead to a request for reimbursement. In the case of a prolonged stay or an earlier arrival (by agreement), the price of an extra day will be calculated on the basis of 1/7th of the fixed weekly price. File change fee attracts up to €10/file, for any changes resulting in a smaller total than the total for the initial booking (excluding change of pricing schedule). CONDITIONS CONCERNING CANCELLATION ON THE PART OF A MEMBER Any cancellation must be announced in writing. The total cancellation charges depends on the date the stay is cancelled, as attested by the date on the postmark. • 60 days or more before the start date: 3% of the total price of the stay with a minimum of € 170 + membership

• 59-30 days before the start date: 10% of the total price of the stay with a minimum of € 170 + membership • 29-15 days before the start date: 50% of the total price of the stay with a minimum of € 170 + membership • 14-5 days before the start date: 75% of the total price of the stay with a minimum of € 170 + membership • fewer than 5 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the total price of the stay with a minimum of € 170 + membership • interrupted stay: 100% of the total price of the stay with a minimum of € 170 + membership NB: the cancellation and modification conditions stated above apply equally in case of difficulty or impossibility of transportation or access to establishments due to strikes, demonstrations, weather conditions… CONDITIONS CONCERNING CANCELLATION ON THE PART OF RENOUVEAU Renouveau may need to cancel a training course or an activity in the case of insufficient numbers (participants will then be informed at least 21 days in advance) or due to external events beyond its control (in particular in the case of failure of external service providers). In such an event, the sum paid for the training course or activity will be reimbursed in full. SECURE CANCELLATION COVER? (optional) To be signed at the time of booking, cannot be requested after the stay is confirmed. Events to be taken into account to benefit from preferential cancellation conditions before or during the stay. • Health reasons: posting of a medical certificate justifying the impossibility of travel, or the presentation to the manager of the village of a medical certificate justifying an early departure of one of the members having taken out the cover. • Family event: death or serious illness of a guest or of a family member of a guest (grandparent, father, mother, child, sister, brother) • Change in employment circumstances: on presentation of an employer’s certificate indicating appointment or redundancy or necessary changes to dates of holiday leave. • Accident: a statement about the destruction of private or commercial premises or total destruction of the vehicle This cover reduces charges in the case of partial or total cancellation. The other consequences mentioned in the paragraph “modifications to stay” remain unchanged. It costs 2% of the total price of the booked stay (training courses and other optional extras excluded), 5% of the total price for “limited edition” stays, including transport. The combined sum of the optional cover and membership paid to Renouveau are non-refundable. Depending on the cancellation date (complete or partial), the following conditions apply: • 30 days or more before the day of arrival: no fee apart from membership fee • 29 to 15 days before the day of arrival: 5% of the price of the stay + membership • 14 to 5 days before the day of arrival: 15% of the price of the stay + membership • Fewer than 5 days before the day of arrival: 25% of the price of the stay + membership The above charges are calculated using the complete period of the stay, or in the event of partial cancellation, on the corresponding part, • Interrupted stay: 50% of the total of the period not used + membership Exclusions: pandemic, strikes, riots, road congestion leading to a delay or a difficulty in reaching the place of stay, breakdown or poor condition of vehicle, weather conditions. Outside of the above clauses, the usual conditions apply. GUARANTEES Renouveau has a financial guarantee in accordance with the law, for a sum determined annually by the Prefecture of Savoie, through the Fond Mutuel de Solidarité de l’UNAT, 8 rue César Franck 75015 Paris. DISPUTES Any complaint regarding a stay should be made within 1 month of the departure date, as certified mail requiring signature as acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to Renouveau 73808 Montmélian cedex. FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT In compliance with the Freedom of information act of 6/1/78 (no. 78/17) you have the right to access and correct your data. Unless you object in writing,

AG 73 95 0003 SIREN no: 775.653.405 LEGAL AND REGULATORY PROVISIONS The general conditions of sale comply with the regulatory section of book 2 of the French tourism code stating the conditions of practice of activities concerning the organisation and sale of travel and stays. The provisions of articles R211-5 to R211-123 are listed in full below. • ART. R211-5 Without prejudice to the exclusions provided for in the second paragraph (a and b) of article L. 211-8, any offer and any sale of travel and holiday services give rise to the relevant documents being delivered, these documents meeting the rules defined by this heading. In the case of the sale of tickets for transport by air or the sale of tickets for transport by regular services not accompanied by services linked with these transport services, the seller hands over to the purchaser one or more travel tickets for the entire journey issued by the carrier or on his own account. In the case of transport being provided on request, the name and address of the carrier on whose account the tickets have been issued, must be mentioned. The separate invoicing of the various elements making up a package does not release the seller from any obligations coming under this heading. • ART. R211-6 Prior to the signing of the contract in the form of a written document giving the company’s name, address and indication of its official right to exercise its business activity, the seller must give the consumer all relevant information concerning the rates, dates and component parts of the services provided for the journey or the holiday such as: 1. the destination, means, nature and categories of transport involved, 2. the type of accommodation, its location, grade and major characteristics, official approval and tourist category corresponding to the regulations and customs in use in the host country, 3. the meals provided, 4. the description of the itinerary in the case of a tour, 5. the administrative and health formalities to be carried out especially in the case of crossing borders, together with the deadlines by which such formalities must be terminated, 6. visits, excursions and other services included in the package or which may be available against payment of a supplement, 7. the minimum or maximum size of the group enabling the journey or holiday to take place and, if the journey or holiday will only take place if there is a sufficient number of participants, the deadline by which the consumer must be informed should the journey or holiday be cancelled; this date may not be set at less than 21 days before the scheduled departure date, 8. the amount and percentage of the rate which is to be settled as a deposit on signing the contract and the dates by which the balance must be paid, 9. the rules for reviewing prices as laid down in the contract in application of article R. 211-10 of this decree, 10. the contractual terms of cancellation, 11. the terms of cancellation as defined by articles R. 211-11, R. 211-12 and R. 211-13 hereinafter, 12. all relevant information regarding the risks covered and the amount of guarantees underwritten in the insurance policy covering the consequences of the professional civil liability of travel agencies and the civil liability of non profit making associations and organisations belonging to local tourist organisations, 13. information concerning optional insurance policies covering the consequences of certain cases of cancellation or assistance contracts covering certain special risks, in particular repatriation in the case of illness or accident. • ART. R211-7 Any prior information given to the consumer binds the seller unless the said information states that the seller expressly reserves the right to modify certain elements therein. In this case, the seller must clearly indicate to what extent this modification may occur and regarding which elements. In all cases, the modifications made to the information given previously must be sent in writing to the consumer before the contract is signed • ART. R211-8

The contract signed between the seller and the purchaser must be written down and drawn up in duplicate, one of which is given to the purchaser, and must be signed by both parties. It must contain the following clauses: 1. the name and address of the seller, his guarantor and insurer and the name and address of the organiser, 2. the destination(s) concerned by the journey, and, in the case of a holiday covering several stages, the various periods and dates involved, 3. the means, nature and categories of transport involved together with the dates, times and places of departure and return, 4. the type of accommodation, its location, grade and major characteristics, official approval and tourist category corresponding to the regulations and customs in use in the host country, 5. the number of meals provided, 6. the itinerary in the case of a tour, 7. the visits, excursions and other services included in the overall price of the journey or holiday, 8. the total price of the services invoiced and indication of any possible review in the invoicing by virtue of the provisions laid down in article R. 211-10 hereinafter, 9. indication, if relevant, of any duties or taxes connected with certain services such as landing tax, boarding or disembarking tax in ports and airports and tourist tax, when these are not included in the price of the service(s) provided, 10. the deadlines and rules for the payment of the rates; in all cases, the last instalment made by the purchaser cannot be less than 30% of the price of the journey or holiday and must be settled when the documents enabling the consumer to travel or take his/ her holiday are handed over, 11. the special conditions requested by the purchaser and accepted by the seller, 12. the rules by which the purchaser can make a claim towards seller for the non execution or inadequate execution of the contract, this claim must be sent as quickly as possible by recorded delivery mail and written notification thereof given, if necessary, to the travel organiser and the persons providing the service in question, 13. the deadline by which the seller must inform the purchaser in the case of cancellation of the journey or holiday, where the journey or holiday shall only take place if the minimum number of participants is reached, in accordance with the provisions in point 7 of article 96 hereinabove, 14. the contractual terms of cancellation, 15. the terms of cancellation as defined by articles 101, 102 and 103 hereinafter, 16. all relevant information regarding the risks covered and the amount of guarantees underwritten in the insurance policy covering the consequences of the professional civil liability of the seller, 17. information concerning optional insurance policies covering the consequences of certain cases of cancellation (policy number and name of the insurance company), and assistance contracts covering certain special risks, in particular repatriation in the case of illness or accident; in this case, the seller must provide the purchaser with a document stating, at the very minimum, the risks covered and the risks excluded, 18. the deadline by which the seller must inform the purchaser in the case of a transfer of contract, 19. an undertaking to provide the purchaser in writing with the following information at least ten days before the scheduled date of departure: a) the name address and telephone number of the local representative of the purchaser, or, failing this, the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the local organisations which may help the consumer should any difficulties arise, or failing this, a telephone number which will enable the consumer to contact the purchaser in the case of emergency, b) regarding journeys and holidays abroad for minors, a telephone number and address whereby direct contact can be made with the child or the person in charge during his/her holiday • ART. R211-9 The purchaser may transfer the contract to a transferee who fulfils the same conditions as the purchaser himself/herself to benefit from the journey or holiday, as long as the contract has not yet taken effect. Notwithstanding any statement more favourable to the transferor, the transferor is bound to inform the purchaser of his decision by recorded delivery letter at least seven days before the beginning of the journey.

In the case of a cruise, this period is extended to fifteen days. This transfer is in no way subject to the prior authorisation of the seller. • ART. R211-10 When the contract explicitly contains the possibility of reviewing the prices within the limits laid down in article L. 211-13, it must mention the precise means of calculation for both rises and reductions in the prices and in particular concerning transport costs and related taxes; currency(ies) which may affect the price of the journey or the holiday; The percentage of the price affected by the variation; the currency rate taken into account when drawing up the prices given in the contract. • ART. R211-11 When, before the departure of the purchaser, the seller has no choice but to modify one of the key elements of the contract, such as a significant rise in prices, the purchaser, without prejudice to his/her right to compensation for any damage which may be incurred, and after being so informed by the seller by recorded delivery mail, may: - either cancel the contract and obtain the immediate reimbursement of all sums paid without any penalty whatsoever, - or accept the modification or the substitution journey proposed by the seller: an amendment to the contract stipulating the said modifications will then be signed by both parties. Any reduction in the price is deducted from any amounts remaining due by the purchaser, and, if the payments already made exceed the price of the modified service offered, the excess amount must be settled in his/her favour before the date of departure. • ART. R211-12 In the case provided for in article L. 211-15, when, before the departure of the purchaser, the seller cancels the journey or holiday, he/she must inform the purchaser by recorded delivery mail; without any prejudice to his/her right to claim compensation for any damage which may have been incurred, the purchaser should receive the immediate reimbursement of the sums paid from the seller without any penalty being incurred; in this case, the purchaser receives an indemnity which is at least equal to the penalty he/she would have had to have paid should the cancellation have been made at his/her bidding at this date. The provisions laid down in this article shall not hinder in any way the signing of a friendly settlement, the purpose of which would be the purchaser’s acceptance of a substitution journey or holiday proposed by the seller. • ART. R211-13 When, after the departure of the purchaser, the seller is not in a position to provide a sizeable part of the services scheduled in the contract, representing a significant percentage of the price paid by the purchaser, the seller must take the following measures immediately without prejudice to his/her right to claim for any damage which may be incurred: - either to propose services replacing the scheduled services and possibly accepting to pay any supplement in terms of price, and, if the services accepted by the purchaser are inferior in quality, the seller must reimburse the difference in price as soon as the purchaser returns home, - or, if the seller cannot propose any substitution service or if the said services are refused by the purchaser for valid reasons, to provide the purchaser travel tickets, without any supplement to the price, to ensure his/her return home in conditions which may be considered as being equivalent, to the place of departure or any other place accepted by both parties We are partners with the ANCV, National Agency for Holiday-Cheques (France) for the Seniors on Holiday programme.
