Ingredients           

Chana dal (Split Bengal gram) - 1 cup Curry leaves (kadi patta) -1/2 cup Whole dry Kashmiri red chilies- 5 to 6 Ginger (adarak) – 25 Garlic (lehsun) cloves – 5 to 6 Rentio toor dal- 1 cup Chopped onions- ½ cup Grated coconut- ¼ cup Salt to taste Chopped coriander (dahnia) - ¼ cup Oil for deep fry

Soak the both dal separately in enough water for 1-1.5 hour. Once dal is soaked, drain the water and keep it aside. Now dry roast the curry leaves, red chilies and let them cool. Then blend the mixer along with ginger and garlic to a fine paste and add little water in it. 5. Combine the dal and blend mixer till it becomes smooth. 6. Transfer it into a bowl and add grounded ginger, red chili paste, onions, coconut salt, coriander and mix it well. 7. Now divide the mixture in equal parts and shape it into flat round bhajis.
