To help you save time, the only intro you need to make is to a John Adams or Front Street Loan Officer (LO). From there, the LO will connect the client to the other HomeSuite services they need. If your client already has a lender, it’s still worth it for them to talk to us because of our Second Look program. We will meet or beat their current lender’s offer and give the client a $100 Home Depot card, whether they work with us or not. The LO will help your client get pre-approved, find the best lending program and lock in the financing they need.

There are many ways clients can save through our services (we’ll get to that on the next page). Our goal is to not only save clients money, but time and energy, too.

Our Capital Title team ensures that your client’s transaction receives the care and attention it deserves all the way to the closing table.

Our LOs will introduce the client to one of our Insurance One reps. We have the ability to quote across seven carriers, which gives your client the best possible deal on their insurance needs. We offer every type of insurance (other than health). Clients can “bundle” together different plans into a single policy for convenience and affordability.

Our mortgage, title and insurance teams actively evolve based on customer feedback through the Listen360 platform: 96% Net Promoter Score

client perks available within HomeSuite $1000 Lender Credit This credit is for Sell-to-Buy clients. When working with John Adams or Front Street, your seller will get a $1000 lender credit. They can save this credit to use toward the closing costs of their upcoming home purchase or they can transfer the credit to the buyer of their current home (as long as that buyer is a client of John Adams or Front Street, too).

$500 Lender Credit This credit is given to Buyers who opt-in to work with us via zipForm (shown on page 3 of this booklet). The $500 lender credit can be used toward their closing costs and pre-paid items.*

$100 Second Look If a client is considering using another lender, they should take advantage of our Second Look program. We will meet or beat their offer from another lender and give them a $100 Home Depot card, whether they work with us or not.

Referral Perks for You When a customer signs a management agreement with Rental Management One (of at least 12 months), you as an agent would receive one month’s management fee. If you refer the lease in addition to property management services, you will be eligible for 25% of the first month’s rent.

Intro your client to a mortgage specialist from John Adams or Front Street to get pre-approved.

2. Start Searching

Gather your client’s wish list and begin to house hunt with them.

3. Present Offer

When they find the One, you and your client will present an offer and negotiate until it’s accepted.

4. Check the Title

Capital Title will do a search of the property records to ensure there are no liens that will affect your client’s ownership rights. At closing, a title policy will be issued that will protect them and their heirs for as long as they own their home.

5. Schedule Inspection

Your client will hire a professional, third-party home inspector to make sure the property is in good shape.

6. Choose Loan Program

One of our mortgage specialists will help your client apply for the loan that’s best for their life and financial situation.

7. Get Home Appraisal

Have the home appraised, so your client (and the bank) know exactly what it ’s worth.

8. Lock in Insurance

Insurance One will get your client a great deal on homeowner’s insurance so their future house is protected.

9. Do a Final Look

The client will take a final walk through of their new house to make sure everything is on point.

10. Close the Deal

Is HomeSuite a company? No, HomeSuite is not a company or a business entity of the Real Estate One Family of Companies. HomeSuite is a marketing identity we created to easily describe and refer to our one-stop shop. All business generated through HomeSuite will be handled by our affiliated companies: John Adams Mortgage, Capital Title Insurance, Insurance One and Rental Management One.

Does a HomeSuite customer have to use every service offered? Clients can work with one, two, three or all four of our services. We market all of our services together so clients are aware of the many ways we can help them. We understand that they may be connected with a real estate service professional outside of our HomeSuite. But, it never hurts to get a second opinion quote from a HomeSuite company (because we just may have a way better deal!) No matter the HomeSuite service clients use, we’re here to make their experience convenient, fast and affordable. And it’s more likely to happen that way when we can keep the deal under one roof - our roof! 14


How does my real estate business benefit from HomeSuite? It’s always our goal to help our real estate agents be as successful as possible. That’s why we do everything we can to do our best work and provide exceptional service to your clients who then become our clients, too. A 2019 survey conducted by The National Association of Realtors and The Harris Poll showed 96% of all homebuyers believe the OSS model would make the process at least somewhat easier. And really, we want to make everyone’s life easier from the buyer to the agent… and even our own! Our intention is that HomeSuite will give you a competitive edge and another way that you can provide heightened value to your clients. Unfortunately, we legally cannot reward our real estate agents with financial (or really any kind of) incentives, except for referral fees given by Rental Management One (mentioned on page 7).
