When creating your profile, designate yourself as a business within a business. This allows you to create your business under the same branch office address. It’s easiest to coordinate your Google profile creation with an office staff member so when Google asks to verify your location, the quickest way to do that is through a call verification. This verification must go to the landline of the office, where Google will provide a verification code for the agent to input to their profile. If you and staff are working together to create this profile, you’ll be able to quickly get that verification phone call or notify the staff in your office who would get that phone call.

Get personalized social media posts and stories for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIN in seconds with our custom Agent Icon program! Great for promoting open houses, events, new buyers and more. Take a photo/video of what content you want to post on social media, send it using one of the methods below and choose the generated content that best suits your needs.
How to use it: Use the “SocialOne” app available on Google Play or the App Store. There is also texting and email options (see below). Upload a horizontal photo for square and landscape posts or a vertical photo/video for square and vertical posts/stories. Once you upload/send the photo/video, your image will be loaded into a library of templates. Choose the image/story you want and click on it to download. After downloading your choice, open your social media platform and upload.

Postcards through the Halo Marketing Store
Our third party vendor, Halo, offers postcards to market your listing (and yourself) to the neighborhood with “Just Listed,” “Just Sold” and farming postcards. They have a variety of templates designed by the corporate marketing team for both direct mail (need addresses) and the USPS Every Door Direct Mail® (EDDM) program which reaches every home on selected USPS carrier routes. They will print and mail the postcards for you.
Do you need addresses? For a fee, Halo provides the ability to search for potential buyers or sellers by area, home value, household income and more.

TriggerMarketing Postcards
Quantum, a third-party vendor, sends you an email for every new listing or sale to use their TriggerMarketing program. Postcards for 88¢ each will be mailed to 50 homes surrounding the listing. The cost of the first 50 postcards will be put on your Accounts Receivable (A/R), any additional quantities will require a credit card.

OnePlace Connect Postcards
Do you like to do it yourself? Our OnePlace Connect (OPC) contact management system offers a variety of listing postcards that automatically pull in your contact list or generated farm list into the chosen postcard template providing you with a PDF, ready to print two-sided on cardstock, cut in half and mail with a first class stamp. OPC also offers the ability to create a farm list.

Our Canva template library also offers a variety of listing postcards for DIY’ers. Customize the chosen postcard template and download a print-ready PDF. Print 2 up versions in house, two-sided printing on cardstock, cut in half and mail with a first class stamp.
