Goals

Do you ever feel lost? We all have our moments of confusion on where we are going, and what are we doing with our life? When you find yourself feeling like your career is in a rut there are some things you need to take into perspective. For starters, we need to define our goals. Start by simply writing down all your goals, be it career, fitness, family, perhaps learning a new language. Creating a list will turn these goals into actionable goals. The exercise of writing goals down takes them from your mind and puts them into an easy to do list. Similar to a grocery list our goals need to be laid out and visible to us on a daily basis or we tend to forget something. We often spend too much time on others and other things which causes us to be thrown into a reactionary state in the environment in which we exist. A reactionary environment is one in which we are constantly having to see to tasks that do not necessarily help us improve ourselves or achieve our goals. Now that you have a list of goals, you need to read that list daily. Your list of goals will be ever changing and growing, which is a good thing! As you work to achieve your set goals you will continue to add new goals. We recommend writing your top career and life goals on one list; this will be your master list. Secondly, we recommend writing down smaller goals, such as going to the gym every day or to read a book every week. This weekly list will slowly help you to improve your goal achievement. So start today, get a list of goals laid out and achieve them! #Revereher
