cer una gran noticia para el sector turístico nacional: la implementación del Plan Nacional de Turismo para los próximos cuatro años. Sin duda, la meta es pretensiosa: apunta a generar 300 mil puestos de trabajo, posicionar a la Argentina como el país turístico líder en América del Sur y crecer un 50% en arribos internacionales, alcanzando los 9 millones de turistas que ingresarían casi un millón de dólares de divisas por año, entre otros objetivos. Aunque el propósito es ambicioso, la realidad turística argentina ayuda, ya que durante los últimos años el país se ha posicionado como uno de los destinos más importantes de América Latina. Tal es así que se ubica luego de México como el principal receptor de turistas del mundo, según el informe de la UNWTO Tourism Highlights 2015 Edition. Por otro lado, también hay buenas noticias para nuestro medio, una noticia que queremos compartir con ustedes, nuestros lectores: el pasado 18 de abril, Cambio de Aire fue declarada de interés provincial por el Ministerio de Turismo de Corrientes mediante la Resolución Nº 315/2016, lo que constituye para nosotros un valioso reconocimiento a nuestro trabajo en la difusión de los atractivos nacionales desde hace 10 años. En sus líneas, la norma señala que «dicha publicación es de carácter permanente, teniendo como principales objetivos la promoción del Turismo, la Producción y los emprendimientos representativos de la República Argentina».-

Last April a great piece of news was announced for the national tourism sector: the implementation of the Tourism National Plan for the next four years. Undoubtedly, the goal is ambitious: it aims at generating 300 thousand jobs, positioning Argentina as the leading tourism country in South America and growing 50% in international arrivals, reaching 9 millions of tourists by earning almost a million dollars per year, among other objectives. Although the purpose is pretentious, the Argentine tourism reality helps since for the last years the country has been positioned as one of the most important destinations in Latin America. Such is the case that it is placed after Mexico as the principal tourist receiver, according to the report by the UNWTO Tourism Highlights 2015 Edition. On the other hand, there is also good news for our media, a joy that we want to share with you, our readers: last April 18th, Cambio de Aire was declared of provincial interest by the Ministry of Tourism of the Province of Corrientes through the Resolution N° 315/2016, what means a valuable recognition for our work in the broadcasting of the national attractions for 10 years. In its lines, the regulation remarks that «such publication is permanent, having as main objectives the promotion of Tourism, the Production and the representative undertakings of the Argentine Republic».-

Cañón del Atuel: Aventura e historia en un mismo lugar No cabe duda que uno de los principales atractivos turísticos es el Cañón del Atuel, ubicado en el paraje denominado Valle Grande, a 37 km de la ciudad de San Rafael. Para llegar se puede utilizar la ruta provincial Nº 173, íntegramente pavimentada. Para los amantes del turismo aventura se desarrollan en el lugar actividades como: rafting, kayak, canotaje, cabalgatas, rapel, escaladas, tirolesa, trekking, parapente, paseos en catamarán en el lago, windsurf, jet esquí y travesías en cuatriciclos.

Aguas arriba de la presa Valle Grande, es posible internarse en el Cañón del Atuel, fiel testigo de los orígenes del mundo y lugar donde presenciar las más variadas esculturas naturales, tales como las denominadas Museo de Cera, Sillón de Rivadavia, El Lagarto, Los Viejos, Los Monstruos, La Ciudad Encantada, El Mendigo y Los Jardines Colgantes. Y como si algo le faltara al lugar, los lagos artificiales Aisol y Tierras Blancas contribuyen a realzar la belleza dentro del cañón. El Nihuil: El gran espejo de agua El lago que conforma el dique El Nihuil es el lugar ideal para los amantes de la pesca y de la práctica del windsurf. Sobre la margen derecha se levanta la Villa El Nihuil, barrio que cuenta con todos los servicios, delegación municipal, capilla, centro de salud, servicio telefónico, destacamento policial, estafeta y un camping. A su vez, en la margen izquierda se encuentra el Club de Pescadores de San Rafael, con camping, proveeduría, cabañas, restaurante, pileta de natación, residencias de fin de semana y teléfono público. Dique Los Reyunos: Distinción natural La presa Los Reyunos se encuentra a 35 km de San Rafael. En su lago de 734 has. se efectúan siembras de alevinos, lo que genera buena pesca de salmónidos y pejerreyes. En su margen oeste se asienta un club de pesca y náutica, un apart hotel, restaurante, proveeduría, casas de fin de semana y tres campings con todos los servicios. Además, se pueden alquilar embarcaciones, avíos de pesca, tablas de windsurf, realizar cabalgatas, caminatas y mountain bike. El fuerte ha sido declarado Monumento Histórico Nacional, y la Iglesia Nuestra Señora del Carmen conserva aún las primeras imágenes y vestiduras de la época. El Sosneado: Naturaleza agreste A 142 km de la ciudad de San Rafael impera una zona de naturaleza agreste que posibilita desarrollar variadas actividades al aire libre, tales como: trekking, camping, cabalgatas, mountain bike y andinismo superior. Sobre la ruta se puede encontrar una hostería que se utiliza como base para realizar excursiones. Mediante un camino consolidado que bordea el río Atuel se accede a la laguna El Sosneado -sitio ideal para la pesca y el buceo-, a la Cueva del Indio, testigo de culturas anteriores, y a las ruinas del famoso Hotel Termal El Sosneado, con piletas con aguas termales al aire libre, que aún conservan sus propiedades curativas.

La Ruta del Olivo ofrece la posibilidad de visitar plantaciones y de participar de la cosecha de este antiquísimo fruto de la tierra. Una travesía que combina naturaleza y sabor.

La tierra del sol y el buen vino Tanto las bodegas emblemáticas de la zona, así como aquellas más pequeñas que pueden ser consideradas «boutique» reciben hoy visitantes que se acercan a conocer los procesos de producción a grande o pequeña escala y a degustar el amplio abanico de vinos tintos, blancos y rosados. A lo largo del Camino del Vino se pueden degustar exquisitos y reconocidos vinos, de variedades tales como el Malbec, el Syrah y el Bonarda, entre otros. La localidad también se destaca por la producción de espumantes, siendo uno de los orgullosos centros elaboradores a nivel nacional de este mágico y cada vez más famoso producto.

Pintorescos canales bordeados de sauces y álamos son el marco de canchas de golf de excelencia, para practicar el deporte en un paisaje único.

Upstream of the dam Valle Grande, it is possible to go into the Cañón del Atual, a loyal witness of the origins of the world and a place where to see the most varied natural sculptures, such as the Museo de Cera (Wax Museum), Sillón de Rivadavia, El Lagarto, Los Viejos, Los Monstruos, La Ciudad Encantada, El Mendigo and Los Jardines Colgantes. And, as if it wasn´t enough, the artificial lakes Aisol and Tierras Blancas contribute to highlight the beauty inside the canyon. El Nihuil: The great water mirror The lake that forms the dike El Nihuil is the ideal place for fishing lovers and windsurf. Over the right margin, you can find Villa El Nihuil, a neighborhood that has all the services, a municipal delegation, a church, a health center, telephone service, police station, a post office and a camping site. In turn, over the left margin you can find the Fisher Club of San Rafael, which has a camping site, grocery store, cottages, a restaurant, swimming pool, weekend residences and public telephone.

Dike Los Reyunos: Natural Distinction The dam Los Reyunos is located just 35 km away from San Rafael. In its 734-hectare- lake, are performed sowings of alevins, what generates a good fishing of salmónidos and silverside fish. Over its western margin, there is a nautical and fishing club, an apart hotel, a restaurant, a grocery store, weekend houses and three camping sites with all the services. Besides, people can rent ships, fishing boats or windsurf boards, go trekking and ride mountain bikes or horses.

Villa 25 de Mayo: A trip to the past of San Rafael It is considered a real inhabited museum, with adobe settlements and streets faltered by one-hundred year old Carolinos. It appeared after the foundation of the Fort San Rafael del Diamante, around 1805, as a consequence of the necessity of building a population center. The fort has been declared National Historical Monument, and the church Nuestra Señora del Carmen still keeps the first pictures and clothing of the time.

In these lands, it converges an excellent combination of weather and geographic factors that let the production of different varieties of oils, such as the Arbequina, smooth and aromatic, the Arauco, strong and colorful, be excellent and promising. En el marco de un recorrido denominado «Ruta de Murales», un grupo de jóvenes talentos liderados por Christian Riffel (Poeta), Lionel Olivieri (Lion Lion) y Pedro Pelerman (as FASE) pintarán un mural en cada ciudad que visiten, con el objetivo de incentivar a los artistas noveles urbanos y llevar el arte urbano a todo el país. Cómo participar Los artistas aspirantes deben ser oriundos de alguna de las ciudades destino del recorrido y tendrán que subir sus obras al sitio web www.rutademurales.com. El MTN Crew, integrado por los tres artistas mencionados, seleccionará entre 20 y 25 jóvenes que participarán de un Laboratorio Creativo de dos etapas: una primera de aprendizaje y experiencia en donde podrán compartir sus obras con colegas y plantear sus dudas respecto del uso de los materiales, y una segunda en la que llevarán a cabo la realización del mural, plasmando su obra de la mano de los artistas referentes y dejando su marca distinguida en agra16

En cada ciudad que se visite, un distribuidor de MTN/ Sinteplast estará a cargo de recepcionar a los artistas, brindar el espacio para dictar el laboratorio y las paredes para la parte práctica. Para los organizadores del evento, el objetivo fundamental es embellecer y dejar una marca en cada ciudad que el MTN Crew visite, alentando la inspira-

Lanzamiento en el Konex El pasado 6 de abril se realizó el evento inaugural de la gira en el Centro Cultural Konex. El MTN Crew pintó un mural de gran escala en las paredes del lugar, una obra que llevó 7 días de producción. Este mural es el primer trabajo en equipo del Crew Montana, un collage que representa bien cada uno de los estilos de sus integrantes. »Están incorporados todos nuestros lenguajes: Lion es realista, Poeta es geométrico y yo soy figurativo», dijo Pedro Perelman (as FASE). Between next April and October, young talented artists will participate in a creative and learning laboratory in different cities of Argentina. The initiative considers the making of murals that promise to take beauty and color to every destination.

Some of the most important cities anxiously await the arrival of well-known artists. In the context of a journey called «Murals Route», a group of young talents led by Christian Riffel (Poet), Lionel Olivieri (Lion Lion) and Pedro Pelerman (as FASE) will paint a mural in every city they visit, with the aim of motivating urban new artists and taking urban art all over the country. How to participate The candidates must be native of some of the destination cities of the journey and they shall upload their works to the website www.rutademurales.com. The MTN Crew, integrated by the three artists mentioned above, will select between 20 and 25 young people who will participate in a two-stage Creative Laboratory: a first learning and experience stage where they will be able to share their works with colleagues and clarify their doubts about the use of materials, and a second stage in which the mural will be performed, expressing their work from the guide artists and leaving their distinguishing mark in appreciation of the city reception. For the time being there will be 6 dates that will take place in the cities of Santa Fe, Corrientes, Misiones, Santiago del Estero, Salta and Córdoba; and from September to October new performances will take place where new destinations of the country will be visited, but they haven´t been set yet. The inciative The Mural Route, Creative Laboratory is born as an initiative by Sinteplast, a local company which manufactures and trades paints and is an official distributor of products of the Spanish Montana Colors (MTN), together with a group of artists who are willing to take urban art all around the country. In every city they visit, an MTN/Sinteplast distributor will be in charge of welcoming the artists, offering the place to deliver the laboratory and the walls for the murals. For the event organizers, the main goal is to embellish and to leave a trace in every city that the MTN Crew visits, encouraging inspiration. «The 18

Launch at Konex Last April 6th, the opening event of the tour was held at Cultural Center Konex. The MTN´s Crew painted a fullscale mural on the walls of the place, a work that took a 7-day production. This mural is the first teamwork by the Montana Crew, a collage that perfectly depicts every style of each one of its members. «All our languages are included: Lion is realistic; Poeta is geometric and I am Figurative», Pedro Perelman (as FACE) stated.

MUSEO BUCCI LA HISTORIA SOBRE RUEDAS Pensado para fanáticos del automovilismo y amantes de la historia deportiva, el espacio invita a recorrer vida y obra de los Bucci, la familia que dejó una enorme huella en el automovilismo nacional e internacional.

El pueblo Zenón Pereyra está ubicado a 12 kilómetros de la Ruta Nacional Nº 19, que une Córdoba con la ciudad de Santa Fe. Los primeros inmigrantes que llegaron al pueblo, ubicado a 558 kilómetros de Buenos Aires, eran de origen italiano, español y, en menor medida, suizos.

enón Pereyra es un pequeño pueblo al oeste de la provincia de Santa Fe, sobre la Ruta Provincial Nº 20. Allí, un antiguo almacén de ramos generales frente al ex ferrocarril Mitre fue convertido en el Museo Bucci, un espacio que da testimonio de los más de 100 años de historia automovilística nacida en dicha localidad. La atmósfera que reina en el museo, fundado el 19 de marzo de 2014, es única y combina antigüedad e innovación: se destacan joyas del diseño de esta afamada Scudería, arte en imágenes, objetos personales de sus protagonistas, muestras temporales y el recuerdo de las proezas deportivas de la familia. Los Bucci pisaron fuerte en el automovilismo con sus victorias deportivas y sus logros en la mecánica e ingeniería de automóviles de competición y de diseño. Generaciones «fierreras» Domingo Bucci nació en el año 1894 y fundó la Scudería Bucci, donde construyó y preparó sus autos de carreras y el de otros pilotos, obteniendo importantes premios y reconocimientos. El 7 de marzo de 1933, a los 39 años, el precursor automovilista murió en una carrera realizada en Arrecifes, Buenos Aires.

Sabías que... Don Zenón Pereyra era un reconocido masón que supo alcanzar el grado más alto dentro de la logia masónica: el 33. Los investigadores entienden que es ésta la causa de las 33 calles del trazado original del pueblo. Además, aún hoy puede observarse en el pueblo un importante conjunto de casonas con simbología masónica.

Entonces, sus hijos Rholand y Clemar Bucci, nacidos en Zenón Pereyra, siguieron sus pasos y continuaron con la tradición automovilística de la familia, al igual que Clemar Jr. El último eslabón de la familia es Pablo Bucci, nieto de Rholand y sobrino nieto de Clemar. Al morir este último, Pablo dirigió la finalización del Bucci Special 2013 y constituyó formalmente la Scudería Bucci, para continuar creando y produciendo automóviles de modo artesanal. Finalmente, inauguró la Fundación

Museo Bucci para que ella concrete, como primera tarea, la construcción del Museo Bucci en Zenón Pereyra. El museo rinde homenaje a los Bucci, quienes han sido los personajes principales de los hechos históricos que allí se evocan. Thought for motor sport fans and sports history lovers, the place invites to go over the life and work of the Buccis, the family that left an enormous trace in the national and international motor sport.

Zenón Pereyra is a small town on the west of the province of Santa Fe, on the Provincial Route N° 20. An old general store opposite the former Railroad Mitre became the Museum Bucci, a place that testifies the 100- year history on motor sport born in such district. The Buccis had much influence on the motor sport world with their sport victories and achievements in automobile competitions and design mechanics and engineering. «Car fans» Generations Domingo Bucci was born in 1894 and founded the Bucci team, where he built and prepared his racecars and other pilots´, and obtained important awards. On March 7th, 1933, at the age of 39, the car precursor died in a race which took place in Arrecifes, Buenos Aires. So, his sons Rholand and Clemar Bucci, both born in Zenón Pereyra,

followed his steps and continued with the car tradition of the family, the same as Clemar Jr. The last link of the family is Pablo Bucci, Rholand´s grandson and Clemar´s grandnephew. When the latter died, Pablo directed the finalization of the Bucci special 2013 and formally constituted the

A 7 km de la localidad de Londres, en Catamarca, se conservan los vestigios de lo que fue el imperio andino más grande de la América precolombina.

e trata de uno de los yacimientos arqueológicos más importantes del norte argentino, y representa una de las atracciones más interesantes para el nuevo turismo arqueológico. El Shincal fue concebido, planeado y construido siguiendo la política fundacional instaurada por el incario. Ubicado en un punto estratégico entre los ríos Hondo y Quimivil, investigaciones comprobaron que este sitio fue un importante centro administrativo ocupado por el Imperio Inca o Tawantisuyo entre los años 1471 y 1536. Declarado Monumento Histórico Nacional en 1997, este sitio arqueológico comprende un predio de 26

casi 30 hectáreas, donde se ven parcialmente reconstruidos numerosos recintos, escalinatas y senderos que forman parte de un populoso centro urbano habitado desde los siglos XV y XVI, construido y habitado por los incas entre 1470 y 1536. Allí se pueden apreciar varios edificios de piedra, como los denominados Kallankas, que son cinco estructuras rectangulares de piedra labrada, y los Qollqas, recintos circulares usados para almacén. Hay, además, una plaza pública central 175 m² llamada Aukaipata, en cuyo centro se encuentra el escenario o trono, una plataforma de 16 metros de lado y 2 metros de altura,

con forma de pirámide trunca al que se accedía por una escalinata y que es el más grande en el sur del Tawantinsuyo. A ambos lados de la plaza se alzan dos cerros o pirámides aterrazados de 25 metros de altura que simbolizan el sol y la luna y a los que se accede por escalinatas. Se identifican también los denominados Sinchiwasi o «casa del guerrero» (sinchi: guerrero, huasi: casa) donde los ejércitos moraban; sitios rectangulares usados como residencias; y el antiguo Camino del Inca que conectaba a este sitio con el resto del Imperio.-

THE SOUTHERNMOST CAPITAL OF THE INCA

EMPIRE

Just 7 km away from the district of Londres, in Catamarca, the traces of what had been the biggest Andean Empire in the pre-Columbian America are kept.

It is about one of the most important archeological deposits in the North of Argentina, and it represents one of the most interesting attractions for the new archeological tourism. The Shincal was conceived, planned and built following the base politics established by the Incas. Located in a strategic point between the rivers Hondo and Quimivil, the investigations proved that this place was an important administrative center occupied by the Inca Empire or Tawantisuyo between the years 1471 and 1536. Declared National Historic Monument in 1997, this archeological site has an almost 30-hectare land, where you can see many partially rebuilt enclosures, paths and stairways which are part of a populous urban center inhabited from the centuries XV and XVI, constructed and inhabited by the Incas between 1470 and 1536. Many stone buildings can be appreciated there, like those called Kallankas, which are five rectangular carved stone structures, and the Qollqas, circular enclosures used as stores. Besides, there is a public central 175 m² square called Aukaipata, whose center has the scenery or throne: a 16-meter platform and 2-meter height, truncated pyramid shaped and which is the biggest one in the south of Tawantinsuyo. On both sides of the square, there are two 25 meter-high hills or pyramids that represent the sun and the moon and people can access to them through stairways. The Sinchiwasi or «warrior house» can also be identified (sinchi: warrior, huasi: house) as a place where armies lived; they were rectangular sites used as residences, and the old Camino del Inca that connected this place with the rest of the Empire.Fotos: Carolina Cabrera.

La intérprete cumple 40 años con la música y planea celebrarlo con un disco que incluya sus clásicos y algunos temas nuevos. En una charla íntima con Cambio de Aire, se mostró agradecida y habló de su gran compromiso con la donación de órganos. -Por Melina Sólimo-

De perfil bajo, humilde y senci-

lla, Sandra Mihanovich tuvo su primera presentación en 1976 y, desde aquel momento, interpretó un sinfín de géneros musicales que la llevaron a consagrarse como una de las voces femeninas más reconocidas de la Argentina. Plasmó su lucha por la libertad sexual con el tema «Soy lo que soy», que se convirtió en un himno y hoy, tras 40 años de carrera, celebra que la sociedad se haya liberado de algunos tabúes. - ¿Qué sensaciones aparecen con estos 40 años de carrera? - El primer lugar, aparece la sensación de agradecimiento por el privilegio extraordinario de hacer lo que me gusta y poder ganarme la vida así. Cantar sigue siendo lo que más feliz me hace y por eso le dediqué toda mi vida, es mi forma de expresarme, de relacionarme, de comunicarme con el mundo. A pesar de haber transcurrido 40 años y haberse convertido en mi profesión, para mí es una necesidad física, emocional, afectiva y racional, es un eje de mi vida. Mi

idea para este año es hacer un disco con algunos clásicos y temas nuevos, quiero preparar un festejo lindo. - ¿Cuál es el género que mejor te sienta? - Yo soy fundamentalmente intérprete y me siento muy cómoda cuando me adueño de una canción y la hago mía, aunque no la haya compuesto. Si bien el género del jazz es el género del útero, el que se escuchaba en mi casa, me siento feliz cantando todos los géneros. Cuando empecé con mi carrera tuve la necesidad imperiosa de que se entendiera lo que estaba diciendo porque mi idioma, el de mi país y mi lengua materna, es el castellano. A lo largo de estos años me he dado el gusto de hacer de todo un poco: me atreví al tango con «Honrar la vida», un disco homenaje a Eladia Blázquez, del cual estoy muy orgullosa. -¿Qué opinás de las nuevas generaciones de músicos? -Muchos músicos se dan a conocer por Internet y se convierten en

un boom, pero lo mediático es como un doble filo, porque a veces logran transcendencia aunque no tengan demasiada experiencia ni formación. Igualmente, hay mucha gente que sigue apareciendo, como Abel Pintos y demás músicos jóvenes, que tienen propuestas artísticas interesantes, con lindos mensajes. -¿Cómo te sentiste al transformarte en un emblema de la donación órganos? - Creo que la donación de órganos es una oportunidad enorme de dar y, por ende, de recibir. A partir del momento en el que le doné un riñón a mi ahijada Sonsoles (N. del autor: Sucedió el 13 de agosto de 2012) siento que la vida se transformó en un acto de amor sostenido. No tengo palabras para explicarlo, fue un aprendizaje increíble el hecho de tomar conciencia de la importancia de la donación de órganos, ya que hay más de siete mil personas en lista de espera. No pensé que se iba a generar semejante catarata mediática ni que iba a ser un Cambio de Aire| 33

gestotan puesto sobre el tapete, pero me siento absolutamente comprometida con la causa y en todos mis shows incluyo un video o algunas palabras sobre la temática. Me toca vivirlo, dar testimonio sobre mi vida, que no sólo no cambió para mal sino que mejoró, porque no tomo medicación, tengo una vida saludable y maravillosa. Es que cuando uno da, recibe mucho más, es casi como si me hubiesen dado un premio. Tengo una sensación de gratitud que me habita constantemente y me despierto cada mañana agradecida por las oportunidades que tengo en la vida. -¿Sentís la responsabilidad del artista en las causas sociales? -Creo que aquellos que somos más visibles porque estamos expuestos nos tenemos que dar cuenta que nuestra responsabilidad es enorme, porque cada cosa que hagamos tiene una dimensión distinta a lo que haga cualquier persona. De todas maneras, cada uno de los actos de nuestra vida son importantes porque reflejan quiénes somos y cómo somos. Todo lo que hagamos tenemos que pensarlo, no hablar por hablar ni callar lo que hace falta que sea dicho. -¿Cómo ves la forma en que se habla de homosexualidad? -Me parece que indudablemente hemos avanzado muchísimo, ha dejado de ser un tabú y se han logrado conquistas sociales de derechos humanos que hacen que los seres humanos tengamos la posibilidad de elegir libremente. Creo que vivimos evolucionando y creciendo, y cada vez es más importante el respeto hacia el otro, en todos los planos de la vida, ya sea profesional, privado o sentimental. Se trata de que todos podamos hacer todo, no importa qué capacidades tengamos, cómo seamos, qué posibilidades tengamos. Debemos apuntar como sociedad a que todos podamos tener las mismas oportunidades.34

With a low profile, humble and simple, Sandra Mihanovich had her first presentation in 1976 and, from that moment on, interpreted countless musical genres that made her one of the most famous feminine voices in Argentina. She expressed her fight for the sexual freedom by means of the song «Soy lo que soy» («I am what I am»), which became a hymn and today, after a 40- year career, she celebrates that the society has freed from some taboos. - Which sensation appears after this 40- year career? - In the first place, there is a sensation of gratitude for the extraordinary privilege of doing what I like and being able to do it for a living. Singing is still what makes me the happiest and that is why I have devoted myself to doing so for all my life, it is my way of expression, relation and communication with the world. It is a physical, emotional, affective and rational necessity, it is an axis in my life even when 40 years have passed and it has become my profession. My idea for this year is to record an album with some classics and new songs, I want to prepare a nice celebration. -Which is the genre that best fits you? - I am basically an interpreter and I feel quite comfortable when I own a song and I make it mine, even when I haven´t written it. Although jazz is the uterus genre, the one that was heard at home, I feel happy singing all genres. When I started my career, I had the pressing need to be understood since my language, my country´s and my mother tongue is Spanish. Throughout all these years, I had the pleasure to do a bit of

-How did you feel by becoming a symbol of the organ donation? - I strongly believe that the organ donation is such an enormous opportunity to give, and therefore, to receive. From the moment I donated a kidney to my goddaughter Sonsoles (Author´s note: this fact happened on August 13th, 2012), I feel that life transformed into a sustained love act. I have no words to explain it; the fact of becoming aware of the importance of the organ donation was an amazing learning, since there exist more than seven thousand people on a waiting list. I never thought that I was going to generate such a media circulation nor that it was going to be a gesture under so much discussion, however I feel absolutely committed to the cause and in every show of mine I include a video or some words on the theme. De casa familiar a emprendimiento exitoso Lo que hoy es un increíble hotel, tuvo sus comienzos como la estancia de Hebe y Francisco Eleta. En 1987 comenzaron a recibir amigos, familiares y conocidos en la zona del casco, y con los años, el éxito del hospedaje y el encanto que tuvo para ellos la experiencia los obligaron a ampliarse y a pensar en un emprendimiento hotelero. Diez años después, se inauguraron las primeras 20 habitaciones de las 75 que hay hoy, y los primeros salones de eventos de los actuales 17. «La primera orientación fue hacer algo más rural, más de campo, pero luego fuimos adaptándonos a las tendencias hoteleras y empezamos a hacer habitaciones más cómodas, con baños más equipados, con enormes ventanales, grandes jacuzzis», cuenta Hebe, a la vez que se apresura a aclarar que «tuvimos mucho cuidado de ir adecuando las construcciones al contexto, para que estuviesen rodeadas de la laguna y del verde, para que se fundieran con la naturaleza». Hoy, San Ceferino está calificado como un Hotel & Spa de 5 estrellas superior. Hebe habla y se desenvuelve con una calidez que le da sentido a todo lo que la rodea. Desde sus palabras hasta el más pequeño detalle del lugar se impregnan de una amabilidad que parece ser el sello distintivo. Es que San Ceferino es una gran familia en donde cada huésped es un invitado de honor. Especialistas en detalles, todos los integrantes del staff aportan su buen trato: desde las recepcionistas que inauguran la estadía con una sonrisa, hasta las camareras, que entre plato y plato cuentan brevemente la historia de este hotel a aquellos que quieran escucharla. Atención personalizada, ante todo «Trabajamos en una gran capacitación del personal, con una impronta de personalizar, atender y mimar al huésped para que siempre quiera volver. Por suerte lo hemos logrado, hay gente que viene desde hace 15 o 17 años. Es como una gran familia, hay quienes se han casado acá y después festejaron en el hotel los 15 de su hija», cuenta Hebe. Es que la mayor parte del personal trabaja allí desde hace muchos años y acompañó el crecimiento del hotel, lo que hace que cada empleado se sienta parte del emprendimiento y eso se traslade en la atención al visitante. «Todo era una batalla y un logro de todos», asegura la anfitriona principal. Para San Ceferino, cada visitante es único: si bien hay cronogramas de actividades, horarios y menúes preestablecidos, la atención personalizada va primero, y es allí en donde se pone especial esmero en atender los gustos y las preferencias de cada huésped. Quesos, mermeladas, dulce de leche, panes, pastas, pollos, corderos, lechones y hasta el infaltable asado del domingo, que ya es tradición en el lugar. Actividades de campo Para disfrutar del entorno, qué mejor que una cabalgata por el campo o un paseo en el sulky manejado por Susana y Héctor Gutiérrez, un matrimonio que acompaña a la familia Eleta desde hace muchísimos años. El recorrido transcurre por una galería de robles, que ya es por sí sola un espectáculo. Se puede visitar la granja y el tambo, y terminar en la vedette del itinerario: el museo de carruajes, que tiene lugar en el galpón que alguna vez funcionó como comedor de la familia. Son más de 50 vehículos, traídos de distintas partes de Argentina y del mundo; hay diligencias, carretas de carga y hasta carruajes fúnebres, como el que se usó para trasladar los restos de Carlos Gardel a su morada final. Cuenta Eleta: «estaba en muy malas condiciones cuando lo trajimos, nosotros lo arreglamos en nuestro propio taller y lo dejamos como se lo ve hoy». Reluciente, y todos ellos con una historia increíble: la mayoría de los carruajes son del siglo XVIII.

From a family house to a successful undertaking What today is an amazing hotel had its beginnings as Hebe and Francisco Eleta´s inn. In 1987 they started welcoming friends, relatives and acquaintances in the old part of the inn, and, years later, the success of the lodging and the charm that the experience had for them made them expand and think of a hotel undertaking. Ten years later, they opened the first 20 rooms of the 75 that there are today, and the first event rooms of the present 17.

Tal vez la clave del éxito resida en haber conseguido algo distinto a todo. «Logramos algo diferente, un lugar que combina sus características distintivas con el valor agregado del personal y de querer recibir al huésped con mucho amor», afirma Hebe, y asegura: «si hay algo por lo que la gente nos elige es porque sabe que hacemos todo lo mejor posible y que si hay algún problema, lo resolvemos. Es un trabajo creativo y sobre todo, está hecho con corazón».-

It is known by the people who work in the milking yard of the place up to the people responsible for the animals at the farm; from those who manufacture the home-made sweets that decorate the breakfasts and the afternoon snacks up to the last link of the chain: the guest who will enjoy the delicacies. Everything that is eaten here, is produced and cooked here. Cheese, marmalades, dulce de leche, bread, pastas, chickens, porks and even the obligatory barbecue for Sunday, that is already a tradition in the place. Country activities To enjoy the environment, what better than a horse riding around the country or a ride on sulky ridden by Susana and Héctor Gutierrez, a couple that has

accompanied the family Eleta for many years. The journey goes through a path full of oaks, which is a complete sight. You can visit the farm and the milking yard, and end up in the star of the itinerary: the museum of carriages, which is placed in the shed that once was the family´s dinning room. There are more than 50 vehicles, brought from different parts of Argentina and the world; there are carriages, burden carts and even funeral carriages, such as the one that was used to take the remains of Carlos Gardel * to his last dwelling. According to Eleta,» it was in very bad conditions when we brought it here, we fixed it in our own garage and we left it as it is today». Shiny, and all of them with an incredible story: most of the carriages belong to the century XVIII. Luxurious spa To finish the day fully relaxed, you can have different treatments to rest and beautify at Mora Spa. «The professionals are excellent. As myself addicted to massages, I can assure that it is not easy to find massage therapists like the ones in here», Hebe proudly affirms.
