Replaceable grip part

For complete control

Replaceable grip part at knees The replaceable grip part on the inside knee provides extra grip against the tank on a sport bike. This results in optimized control both in hard corners and during braking. The replaceable grip part is made of durable and flexible TPU material and has been pre-shaped for an ergonomic fit on the inside of the knee. The raised center pivot point is in line with the hinge of the knee joint. This design delivers freedom of movement while maintaining perfect contact with the bike. The grip pads attach to the inside of each knee with Velcro and help save leather from undue wear and tear. Thanks to adjustable Velcro panels the grip part is replaceable and infinitely repositionableâ&#x20AC;&#x201D;a custom-fit feature any racer will appreciate.

Comfort collar The inside of the collar is dressed with an extra soft fabric, offering more comfort in your neck.

Removable COOLMAX® lining COOLMAX® fabrics are made from polyester fibers with an increased surface area. These special multi-channel fibers form a transport system that moves perspiration away from the skin to the outer layer of the fabric, where it can evaporate quickly, allowing the wearer to feel cooler and more comfortable.

MotoGP inspired From 4 years of analyzing crashed REV’IT! MotoGP suits, the Stingray one-piece was born. As you might expect from a suit developed for serious track riders and professionals, the Stingray is designed specifically to help you walk away from a high-speed crash. The Engineered skin® design is executed to today’s highest technical standards. Seams have been relocated from critical impact zones to areas less likely to make contact with the tarmac during a crash—making them stronger and less likely to tear. Grade A leather is mixed with Kevlar stretch for optimum comfort and freedom of movement; this is topped off with high-level, CE-approved armour and dual comp sliders at the elbows, shoulders, and knees, plus a newly developed grip part at the inside knee. A removable, washable, anti-static, and moisture-managing inner lining comes standard. In short, the Stingray has it all.

VCS | speedhump hydrabag prepared REV’IT! has taken its ventilated speed hump and improved it even further, with a new design that allows riders to put a hydra bag inside it. The REV’IT! ventilated speed hump has an air inlet at the top of the hump, and the perforated foam inside this leather speed hump is designed to let air flow through the garment, spreading over the rider’s back for comfortable ventilation. Extra cooling of the area is especially beneficial now that riders are wearing back protectors more and more – and now, with a hydra bag inside, riders can keep hydrated during races and rides.

Dual-comp protectors at elbows The dual-comp elbow protector consists of a 3D, pre-shaped honeycomb structure of TPU material, topped by an aluminium high-impact shield, for ultimate sliding. This lightweight hard part increases the level of protection significantly, without adding the considerable weight of traditional plastic hard parts. Under the elbow parts is ergonomically shaped, CE-approved armour, perfectly placed to maximize impact-resistance while preserving freedom of movement.

Dual-comp

Powerfull protection Dual-comp protector The dual-comp protector consists of a 3D, pre-shaped honeycomb structure of TPU material, topped by a high-impact aluminum shield for ultimate sliding performance. This lightweight hard part increases the level of protection significantly without adding the considerable weight of traditional plastic hard parts. We know that every gram counts when fighting G-forces! CE-approved armor can be found under the dual comp protectors, and together they significantly lower the impact levels and thus the residual force transmitted to the rider.

We have fine-tuned our dual-comp protector design over the years and this latest shape offers the most ergonomic fit yet. By slightly changing the form and position of the protectors weâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;ve managed to enhance wearer comfort and function. The end product has a great look-and-feel to it, and with an all-new honeycomb structure it delivers superior protection with less bulk.

01 Shoulder parts The lightweight dual-comp protector consists of a 3D, preshaped honeycomb structure of TPU material with a high-impact aluminum shield for ultimate sliding performance. Ergonomically designed CE-approved armor is positioned underneath to maximize impact resistance while preserving a freedom of movement.

03 Knee sliders Our knee sliders have been specially designed for racers looking for high-performance products. Our higher-quality compounds provide riders with good feedback on the trackâ&#x20AC;&#x201D;delivering maximum durability without compromising the feel of the road. The sliders come in a pair of two, each anatomically shaped to fit either the left or the right knee, and high-quality Velcro attaches the sliders to leathers, ensuring they stay right where they need to.

04 Dual-comp knuckle protector The dual-comp knuckle protector consists of a 3D, pre-shaped honeycomb structure of TPU material. It is topped by an aluminum high impact shield, ensuring that the gloved hand will slide freely over asphalt without grabbing on the ground and potentially producing serious injury.

It was designed to provide sport-oriented enthusiasts with a fresh design that’s in-line with the new GT-R jacket and suit. Compared to other air mesh models, such as the Airwave, the GT-R Air jacket has a more sport-oriented, pre-shaped fit and armor positioning. The ultimate summer combo, part 2 What more can be said about the Ignition jacket and its companion Gear trousers? Both have proved to be among the most versatile products in the REV’IT! collection, chosen by many riders for their timeless design, perfect fit, and versatile layering system. All of these combine to make the Ignition jacket and Gear trousers the perfect 3-season outfit. Nonetheless, we found that it was time for an update, part 2—an update so subtle, most will find it hard to spot the differences. That’s understandable, as the changes have been either stylishly incorporated into the design (such as the increased number of reflection panels) or hidden inside (such as the technically improved, removable membrane and venting zippers at the sleeves). Naturally, both the Ignition2 and Gear2 come in men’s as well as ladies’ versions. It just keeps getting better and better.

REV’IT! Leather

Fashion and function REV’IT! Leather Leather never goes out of fashion but there is a substantial difference between leather jackets made purely for fashion purposes and those worn primarily for protection. Leathers used for protective use are heavier, thicker and inherently safer.

The new leather jackets presented this season combine the best of both worlds. They’re good looking pieces constructed of high-quality leather that combine fashion and function. The original qualities leather possesses is why the fabric has been used for motorcycle gear for many years. Its extremely strong texture makes it difficult to scratch or scuff, which helps keep riders safe. Leather will breathe for comfort and ventilate to adjust to the environment. It has natural water-resistant and wind proof properties. Leather won’t stretch out of shape and gets more beautiful when it ages. And in case of a crash leather doesn’t “grab” the road’s surface, instead it will slide.

The different types of leather incorporated in the new jackets have been specifically selected for their different cosmetic qualities and physical properties.

01 | Arizona cowhide This high quality leather is embossed. Embossed means the leather has been stamped using heat and high pressure to create an artificial grain pattern into the leather. This will protect the leather from aging, provides superior quality and gives the leather a very rough structure. This type of leather will keep its original look and feel no matter how long it has been worn. Arizona cowhide is very heavy and therefore extremely abrasion resistant. Treat this leather at least twice a year with REV’IT! leather conditioner as this will help maintain the water- and dirt-resistant qualities of the material, as well as preserve that special leather smell. This type of leather can be cleaned with the REV’IT! leather wash.

02 | Max cowhide Max cowhide is high quality dyed Nappa leather. It feels very soft, flexible and comfortable. This type of leather won’t age or damage by wearing it and the color will remain the same. It has an elegant minimal texture. It is very durable and highly abrasion resistant and therefore an ideal type of leather for motorcycle garments. Max cowhide can be cleaned with REV’IT! leather cleaner and should be treated regularly with REV’IT! leather conditioner to preserve the material’s natural waterresistance and help protect against water and stains without compromising breathability.

03 | Pull-up natural cowhide This is high quality leather with a natural, classic look that ages beautifully the more it’s worn. This type of leather is very soft, delicate and natural. Pull-up is not a type of leather itself; it is an effect that leather gains with a specific tanning process. The pull-up effect is visible when the leather is folded or pulled a new shade of color will appear. The leather is very smooth and has no texture, due to the pull-up effect the garment will break in easily and will soon have the unique worn-in effect. It is very durable and has high abrasionresistant and breathability properties. This leather can only be cleaned with a damp cloth and should be treated at least twice a year with the REV’IT! leather conditioner to maintain its natural water resistance.

Motorcycle jackets are often equipped with a removable membrane, offering you a choice between a ventilated jacket and a waterproof jacket. Activate the VCS | aquadefence feature on hot days; air flows directly onto the rider’s body because there is no membrane behind the ventilation opening to block the wind. When it starts raining you don’t have to stop and quickly zip your membrane into your jacket, you simply continue riding and close the system with one gloved hand. Neck brace connection

For enhanced safety

Neck brace connection points Wearing a neck brace has been proven to significantly reduce neck injuries by protecting the cervical vertebrae of the spine against the force of an impact.

The neck brace design still allows the rider to wear a wind collar or balaclava underneath the neck brace, and it also allows for the use ofa hydration bag without interference.

In the past, neck braces needed to be attached to riders’ bodies directly, but REV’IT! engineers have come up with a solution to easily connect this essential piece of protective equipment directly to the jacket. By integrating special loops into the jacket, we’ve allowed the neck brace to attach easily and securely. Whether during normal riding conditions or in the event of a fall or crash, the loop ensures the neck brace stays firmly in place.

The new connection system is compatible with both Leatt® and MOVEO® neck braces. In the case of the MOVEO® option, riders can conveniently attach the brace to a jacket, and then leave it connected while taking it on and off. Both neck braces are very lightweight and comfortable to wear.

Variable height adjustment straps

for the real perfect fit

Variable height adjustment straps Finding a perfectly fitting jacket is not easy as no two people share the same physical dimensions and everyone has their own personal preferences. The newly developed REV’IT! variable height adjustment straps allow the rider to customize the fit to perfectly match his or her unique body shape. The adjustment straps are attached to a rail with a moveable glider. The glider can be easily adjusted while wearing gloves, ensuring a personalized fit every time. The Sand ladies jacket and the Vapor jacket are equipped with these new adjustment straps. The rider gets to choose what part of the waist should be accentuated to create an amazing silhouette. The rails holding the glider go from the waist all the way up to the chest. The Vapor jacket also features the new straps on the underarm. The rails go from the wrist up to the elbow also allowing the rider to choose where an adjustment is needed.

Adjustment straps are not only incorporated to create a great fit, they also contribute to safety. Motorcycles jackets should be worn tight to the body to make sure the protection stays in the correct position. In the case of a crash fabric that is rumpled and loose is more likely to tear then fabric that fits tightly around the body. Plus, when the liners are zipped out of the jacket the garment will fit more loosely around the rider’s body—adjustment straps ensure the jacket will stay fitted close and tight. This brand new innovation from the REV’IT! in-house R&D department allows the riders to personalize their fit and optimize their safety at the same time!

Comfort seat We’ve relocated the crotch seams of a traditionally constructed jean pattern to allow for greater freedom of movement and comfort while sitting on the bike - especially for extended periods of time. This small but critical design is invisible whether on or off the bike and helps eliminate painful pressure points while riding. Plus, it ensures the waistband of the trousers stays in place while seated.

PWR | shield PWR | shield has been developed in-house by the REV’IT! R&D department. This innovative new material blends polyethylene/polyamide and aramid fibers in a unique knitted construction. The resulting fabric is extremely strong and has high cut, tear and abrasion resistance properties. The PWR | shield lining has been incorporated at all impact areas as described in the European CE 13595 norm for PPE knees, hips and backside. The combination of PWR | shield lining with the Cordura® denim outer shell meets the CE-level 1 standard for abrasion resistance.

Moisture-wicking function by COOLMAX® element The combination of Cordura® denim and COOLMAX® treatment provides fantastic moisture management functionality to keep riders cool and in control. COOLMAX® consists of multi-channel fibers that form a transport system that moves perspiration away from the skin to the outer layer of the fabric, where it can evaporate quickly, leaving the wearer dry and comfortable.

This means there are three separate seams stitched parallel to each other to provide extra strength and durability. 3M™ Scotchlite™ laminated reflection at turn up Reflective panels strategically placed at the turn up of the trousers ensure excellent visibility while on the bike, and can be discreetly hidden when off the bike by simply rolling the cuff back down.

Help your gear help you The most underestimated form of protection while riding is the passive protection you get from comfort inside your gear. When you’re uncomfortable on your bike, you lose focus, making accidents more likely to happen. So if you want your technical outer shell to perform to its potential, all layers must contribute for the optimal protection: from your skin up. REV’IT! mid layers are worn directly over a base layer and are constructed in various ways, according to the primary functionality you wish to achieve: wind blocking, insulation, or a combination of the both. When insulation is the primary and only desired function for a mid layer, it is often made of fleece, a synthetic material that maintains its capacity to insulate even when wet, and which dries very quickly to prevent heat loss through soaking. When keeping cold air out is the primary functionality, REV’IT! most often applies only WINDSTOPPER® Softshell material, which is so comfortable, it could even be worn on bare skin. Keeps you warm & dry The GLACIER long sleeved men’s base layer has been specifically developed for winter use. Through the application of various knitting techniques at strategic areas, a technique known as ‘body mapping,’ the GLACIER optimally balances insulation with ventilation. A dense knitting structure maximizes insulation where necessary, which is crucial for comfortable winter riding. Meanwhile, moisture management is enhanced at other locations, including under the arms. This helps transport perspiration to the outside of the garment, where it spreads over a wider surface and evaporates more quickly. The result is a base layer shirt that keeps you dry and warm. A complement to the GLACIER shirt, the GLACIER round-knitted pants are purposebuilt for colder days. The first layer of defense The Base Layer keeps the body dry and at a comfortable, constant temperature. This is vital, because, as you increase your activity level, you begin to perspire â&#x20AC;&#x201C; and in order to avoid overheating in the summer or getting hypothermia in the winter, it is important to remove this perspiration from the body as quickly as possible. The cooling effect is at best when exposed to airflow, and therefore the vest works best when paired with a well-ventilated jacket. The vest is easy to use thanks to its side-entrance zipper, and offers immediate relief while riding in hot weather.

For cool comfort HyperKewl™ As a rider’s body temperature rises fatigue can set in quickly, which ultimately compromises safety. REV’IT! has developed four different HyperKewl™ products to keep riders comfortable and in control, no matter how high ambient temperatures get. HyperKewl™ is based on the same basic endothermic reaction that happens during everyday perspiration. It works by simply absorbing and storing water, and then releasing it over time through the naturally cooling evaporative process. Charging the cooling polymer is as simple as soaking it in water for a few minutes, then gently wringing it out and wiping it down. The cooling process takes place over the course of six to 10 hours. When it stops working, simply recharge the garment with fresh water. The outer shell is made of 3D mesh that has a thick, lofted structure that aids in ventilation by allowing for maximum airfl ow between garment layers. This lightweight neck collar attaches with a simple Velcro straps and keeps the rider comfortable and in control by zeroing in on the back of the neck where excess heat can build up. Maintaining a cool temperature at this critical zone helps regulate temperature throughout the rest of the body. It works by simply soaking the neck collar in water for a few minutes, then gently wringing it out and wiping it down. Then just wear, ride and repeat. Vest Connector HV For increased visibility

Vest Connector HV This vest is designed to attach quickly and easily to new REV’IT! textile jackets and to select leather styles. The mesh vest connects to the jacket with connector loops that prevent the vest from flapping around or catching air like a parachute. Another advantage is that the vest stays connected to the jacket and does not need to be removed when taking off the jacket. The highly visible EN471-certified vest offers enhanced safety, and the neon yellow fabric combined with the 3M Scotchlite™ reflective stripes makes riders extremely visible at night.

The outer shell consists of highly breathable PWR | shell mesh to maintain the ventilation properties of the jacket worn under it. The sides are made of stretch material for wearer comfort, and its adjuster straps located at the side body and waist help ensure a proper fit.
