Eternally ours

Psalm 48:14 "This God, our God forever and everHe will lead us eternally."

This planet earth is but a proving ground for the believer. It strengthens us for the uphill climb, and then (at an appointed time) the spirit bursts forth leaving the flesh behind in a heap!

God leads forever, and His spirit army follows Him into victory, glorious victory over death and theAdversary! This is forever ...

Like meat in a cauldron

Micah 3:1-3 Then I said: "Now listen, leaders of Jacob, you rulers of the house of Israel. Aren't you supposed to know what is just? You hate good and love evil. You tear off the skin of people and [strip] their flesh from their bones. You eat the flesh of my people after you strip their skin from them and break their bones. You chop them up like flesh for the cooking pot, like meat in a caldron.”

As the faithful, the ones grafted in, aren’t we to know what is just and what is unjust? In our arrogance have we ever …

Hated good and loved evil?

Torn the skin off people?

Stripped flesh from bone?

Ate the flesh?

Broken bones?

Chopped them up?

Have we? Think hard ...
