Your payment for tuition and fees for all of your classes must be made and settled in full according to the payment schedule. Students may lose some or all of their desired

courses if their tuition and fees are not paid in full.

TIP

If you are taking summer classes, you can charge books to Financial Aid between May 10–July 2, 2021. If you are taking fall classes, you can charge books to Financial Aid between August 9–October 26, 2021.

Books & Supplies

Paying for college is more than paying tuition, you’ll also need books and supplies.

You may purchase books and supplies using your financial aid award from the Campus Bookstore during specific times each semester. Those dates are always listed on the official academic calendar. You will need a picture ID to purchase books using financial aid.

In addition, there may be scholarships available to help with books. Visit reynolds.edu/scholarships.

Reynolds also offers courses with low- to no-cost textbooks. Find out more about Open Educational Resources (OER) at reynolds.edu/oer.

If you need to purchase class materials out of pocket, consider renting your textbooks. Learn more about which books you need and your rental options at reynolds.edu/bookstore.

Reynolds ID

You will need to get your student ID at the beginning of the semester. New students can get their Reynolds ID anytime between 9 a.m.–7 p.m. from any campus police office. Individual must be currently enrolled, have an student ID, and present a valid picture identification (driver’s license, DMV-issued identification card, or passport).

Parking Permits

To get your free Reynolds parking permit, complete the permit form on the Department of Police website. You must provide a current class schedule and identification to pick up your permit.

Student Shuttle

Reynolds offers a free shuttle for students between the Parham Road and Downtown Campus with additional service between The Kitchens and the Downtown Campus. Shuttle schedules are available online at reynolds.edu/shuttle.
