The Project, developed with Balder Técnica, consists on the construction of 2 logistics warehouses located in industrial estates, near the urban centers of Parets del Vallés and Santa Perpetua de Mogoda, very close to the important road axes of international trade, the AP highway -7. Both projects have areas for loading and unloading through articulated trucks and office areas for administrative support and services to employees such as changing rooms, showers and Rest areas.

The structural system with precast concrete allows covering large surfaces and heights suitable for the activity and taking all the security measures against fire. The facades are resolved with a sandwich system with a white lacquered exterior metal sheet and an interior tray. The office area differs from the logistics area by using architectural panels lacquered in a darker color. Participation in this Project has been comprehensive, from administrative procedures, calculations, construction, project management, etc. getting a Breeam certification "Very Good"
