To schematize the distribution, two premises are followed. On the one hand, define the workshop / study spaces, next to the street, and in the background, the couple's home, enjoying the intimacy and isolation of street life. Between these 2 areas a transitional space was defined and a small relaxation pond was located, in front of the dining area and a connection bridge between the workshop and the house itself.

This corridor / bridge that crosses the plot in a transversal direction and that leads to a small green backyard, is the vertebral axis of the spaces from the street to the bottom of the lot. The two green and humid spaces, open to the sky, allow ventilation and natural lighting of all the spaces, generating in turn a pause that cuts the longitudinally of the plot.

The composition of the plan in the longitudinal direction in turn divides the plot into 3 strips of different thicknesses: In the narrowest, the middle one, circulation axis leds to the middle size strip where are some of the service areas, such as the dining room, the kitchen on the ground floor; and a small open music classroom, facing the street and an auxiliary room at the back. Vertical circulations, one public stain in the street and one private staircase for the house are also found here.
