When we were commissioned to look at the development potential for this site, it was a backland location hidden from the main street and occupied by a single storey brick faced warehouse at the end of a sad looking ‘avenue’ of tired lock up garages. Considerable imagination was required to visualise how this run down, unloved space might be transformed into a stylish and beautiful ‘mews’ with 3 new-build contemporary 4 bedroom homes creating a focal end vista in a new opened up and renovated driveway and forecourt area.
