Brooke Hackworth’s goal is to help clients feel their best

Brooke Hackworth, founder of Sculpt & Sweat in North Scottsdale, provides a comprehensive spectrum of health, wellness and beauty services. “I’ve been in the nutrition field for over 13 years and have an immense passion for healthy living,” she says. In college, Hackworth relied on fast food and couldn’t shake the constant fatigue and unwell feeling. She focused her studies on nutrition and everything changed. “I went from one extreme to the other and was very strict with my food. I wouldn’t even eat out,” she says. “I wasn’t happy in either direction so I decided I needed more balance and implemented the 80/20 rule.” Educating clients on how to still eat the foods they love while losing weight and implementing healthier lifestyle habits is the foundation of Sculpt & Sweat (www.sculpt-sweat.com). Personal training using EMS – or electric muscle stimulation – suits, body sculpting, nutrition programs, supplements, infrared sauna sessions, and hair analysis testing are some of her offerings. In hair analysis texting, using small tweezers to grab three to four hairs from the back of the head, Hackworth is able to obtain information related to food sensitivities, immune system and gut health, vitamin and mineral readings, and environmental factors. “Our hair analysis testing has truly changed my clients’ lives and it’s such a great way to optimize your health to determine what deficiencies are going on within your body,” she says. Recently, Hackworth also added corporate wellness programs into her repertoire. Known by her clients as the “Queen of Healthy Substitutions,” Hackworth enjoys finding nutritious alternatives to incorporate that are still enjoyable. “If you tell me that you love something that might not be the healthiest, I will find an alternative that tastes delicious,” she says. Hackworth finds her inspiration close to home, and even co-founded the business with her husband. Together, they share a passion for helping others. “My husband is hands down my biggest motivator,” she says. “He constantly pushes me to be the best version of myself.”
