airport reception Indira Gandhi International Airport serves as the primary civilian aviation hub for the National Capital Region of Delhi, India. You will find an AIESEC Volunteer/hired driver with your name on a placard welcoming you at the airport. Please ensure you have filled your travel plan form to avail our pick up service. The CC has organized Airport pick up for you as per your request in the Travel Form: Internationals - The person responsible from the CC will be waiting for you at Gate No. 4 with a placard of your name in hand. Please use the Gate No. 4 for exit at TERMINAL 3 (T3). Domestic - The person responsible from the CC will be waiting for you at Gate No. 3 with a placard of your name in hand. Please use the Gate No. 3 for exit at TERMINAL 3 (T3). If you are arriving at another terminal or gate, request you to reach this location for your pick up.

There will be no transportation services from alternate venue or pre stay accommodation to Hilton at any point of time. We will have volunteers at the airport 10 to welcome and guide you to your pre stay accommodation/Hilton only.

There will be lunch provided on 27th August, 2015, from 12:00 PM. The agenda on 30th August, 2015, ends at 1:00PM and has an optional tour to Ashoka University till 8:00PM. The luggage will be stored after check out from the rooms while the agenda keeps running.

registration process Delegates Check In When you arrive at the venue and go to the Check-In counter you will find 2 lists for different Check-In processes with CC. Find your name and follow the instruction of for the line. The two lanes are: • Fast lane • Payment lane Fast lane: Your fees are already paid so you can proceed to Check-In counter and present the hard copies of your documents. We only need to record that you have arrived, handover your delegate kit, Conference ID & Band, luggage tag and collect required documents. This should take around 2 minutes. Payment lane: You still need to pay your Delegation fee or have to settle additional payments so you move to Payment counter. Once paid you will receive your receipt. You will go to the CC Check-In in order of your arrival and receive the CC clearance, where you need to present your document hard copies. Once done, we will record your arrival, handover your delegate kit, luggage tag, Conference ID & Band, and collect required documents. This should take around 5 minutes. Please Note: We will transfer your luggage to your allotted rooms. Room Keys will be given to you only at 1.30pm
