AUGUST 2018 ISSUE
Greeting in the Name of our Lord Jesus, who, at a time such as this, sends His Chariots of Salvation! Yes! This will be a phenomena coming to pass fast in the last days! That among all the signs of the end times, the Almighty God is sending His Chariots of Salvation! Habakkuk, in the midst of his prophetic prayer, asked: “Was it in anger, Lord, that you struck the rivers and parted the sea? Were you displeased with them? No, you were sending your chariots of salvation.” Habakkuk 3:8. Chariots are the fastest of the war machinery used in the old days. Equivalent to the armoured vehicles and tanks used in modern warfare. Salvation of souls will gather speed in the days leading to the end times! God is going to release His grace and mercy to the unreached. It is like chariots running speedily around in a war zone, scooping up the captives and bring them to safety from the onslaught of the evil army. People unable to be reached by conventional means will be reached in God’s supernatural ways. We have heard how Muslims in countries with restriction to foreign mission have had visions and dreams of Jesus that subsequently led them into the Kingdom of God. Aging folks and the illiterate will be provided with exceptional opportunities and circumstances to accept the Lord Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour. My recent experience of seeing my aged parents-in-law, whom we prayed for 30+ years for their salvation, coming to Jesus at the same time - were saved and then baptised just in 2 weeks, strengthens this conviction. If your loved ones belong to this people group, press in and press on to pray for them and claim the chariots of salvation to be running their way! These shared and said, the church is still the primary Chariot the Lord uses to deliver His salvation and the Great Commission to bring the Gospel to the nations remains her Clarion Call. OUR FIRST TRIP TO ISRAEL By Bro George Ong
In 2017, we were hoping to go for the Open Heavens Conference held in Israel. However, when it was not meant to be in view of various circumstances, though disappointed, we decided to let God handle our desires. Then come 2018, we sought the Lord about going again. I prayed, Zara prayed, and we both received a go-ahead! As we proceeded in faith, many miracles happened. My mother-in-law, Jennifer, was going South Korea on the exact dates of the conference and she was keen to bring the boys! Also, by God's favour and grace, though I was still new in my job, my boss gave me the green light for a long holiday to Israel, 15 days to be exact! Finances wise, we had a totally unexpected CPF payout in February, which provided for all that we needed for this Israel trip! Praise God for His providence! On 31st May, we left Singapore on Air India to New Delhi. We transited very comfortably lying on lounger chairs, rested and chatted away for 5 hours before catching the connecting flight to Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv. There was much excitement in our minds and spirits, as we headed towards Israel. Our first hurdle was immigration and customs. Again, God's quiet miracle happened. The Israelis, who were very tight in their security, let us through swiftly without much questioning! Hallelujah! No words can describe our excitement stepping onto the actual physical ground that our Lord Jesus walked on 2000 years ago. Jerusalem was breathtaking and we were soaking up every bit of it, as our van went around dropping the other passengers at their destination. We were in Jerusalem 4 days before the conference, and it was wonderful! We enjoyed Jewish hospitality and interacted with a local Jewish family over a Sabbath meal organized by our hostel. While language was difficult, they tried their best to communicate. We learned a lot about their culture, mindset, customs and they were equally amazed that we knew much about the Torah. However, it was sad to see that many Jews follow the law of Moses, but not having the reality of God in their lives. This trip has indeed gave us a better sensing of the Jewish people and I believed God has put in our hearts a love for them. Every meal in Jerusalem was healthy Mediterranean diet. We walked the Old City many times but never got bored. Interestingly, we bumped into the Robinsons (Ashley, Tabitha and children) while heading to the local market. A day later, we bumped into more Jesus My King folks (Deborah, Owen, June and Christine) around the same area too. So divine!

We then headed to Dan Jerusalem Hotel for the conference. We had questions like "What is going to happen?" "What is God going to do?" "When will He meet with us corporately?" "What new revelation and truths are going to be taught?" "Am I going to encounter God as tangibly as I did in Remember Moses Conference? On the first day when the worship started, I felt a trickle within me and I was filled with supernatural infectious joy. It was the Joy of the Lord! Throughout the conference, there was an anticipation in the air and it was wonderful to listen to the many revelations each preacher brought forth. Pastor Joe Sweet spoke about our Father’s business. Dr. Bruce Allen talked about the prophetic proclamation and acts, with illumination of the seasons. Bishop John brought us the childlike quality of a believer. Brother Sadhu shared amazing revelations, encouragements and warnings. Of course, the fiery yet practical heart-stirring revelations and teachings by our very own pastor Steven Francis! There were also wonderful prayer sessions led by lady prayer warriors like sister Jill Shannon and pastor Stella Rocco. I had the privilege to serve as an usher during this conference, where I got to meet many people from different countries and nationalities. Better yet, because I was ‘guarding’ the backdoor, I got to watch and experience the different ways other cultures worship our Lord. I also truly enjoyed the anointed worship by pastor Ferdie and the IFP Worship team. Next come the tour for a few days before leaving Israel. The Robinsons and us had a rather interesting journey together in a bus packed with 52 conference delegates. Our tour guide, Karen, is a Messianic Jew who shared with us her testimony of knowing Jesus as the Messiah. She was previously from Soviet Union and had a desire to come back to the land of her fathers. As she was staying in Israel, a German missionary, who was her neighbor, shared about Christ and Karen was convicted, together with her family members. How awesome!
We went to many places in Israel. But for me, the highlight was visiting the Garden Tomb. It was a place of peace and wonder. Personally for me, the Via Dolorosa felt exaggerated, but the Garden Tomb felt legit. It looked like the place where Jesus might have been ‘buried’ and there was a range of rocks in that vicinity that did look like a Skull (Golgotha). It felt good to be quiet and be with God in the Garden Tomb. After the tour, we stayed a few more days in Israel. We travelled to Bethlehem, a quiet Palestine-controlled town and got to understand a bit more about the internal conflicts within Israel. We were the only tourists there but thank God for our new found Palestinian Muslim friend who answered all the questions we had, waited for us to clear customs and Continue on Pg 4…

even paid for our bus fare! We had a few incidences of a few Israeli Jews wanting to get money from us previously, so we were a little wary but this Palestinian Muslim guy was genuinely kind. He even offered to bring us to the Temple Mount. But we declined, as we felt that it was not the best time to visit during Ramadan, as there were massive busloads of Muslim pilgrims from all around the region coming to the Temple Mount to pray! We met wonderful people in this trip, as well as conniving ones who wanted to milk money out of us. We treasure all the good and bad experiences in Israel but the best thing for us was drawing closer with our fellow Jesus My King folks who went on this trip with us. For my wife and I, our main takeaway is simple. We asked ourselves, with so much invested in us by our Lord Jesus, how do we want to invest our time? Toon Blast? Or the Word of God? What do we focus on now? His desires or our own desires? I suppose the answer is obvious, but there is a lot of lifestyle changes that needs to be done. Thus, this Conference has encouraged us to develop a lifestyle of a disciple, to pursue the relationship that our Heavenly Father wants with us. We thank God for His providence and His kindness towards us. May you be inspired to come and experience God in the very land that our Lord Jesus will be setting His feet again when He comes back. Above all, let's all pursue an intimate relationship with the Lord fervently, as His return is drawing near!

I am glad that Habakkuk didn't narrate it as a “tour coach” of salvation. A tour coach spells comfort, relaxation, coziness and what you will not fail to see is a bus load of sleeping passengers. No, in a chariot of salvation, there is no time to sleep. The saved captives will turn to be the warriors that will free other captives. Almost instantly! In the book titled, “Spiritual Acceleration” written by our dear Senior Pastor, Steven Francis, he prophetically shared that in the end times, a shift is taking place in the spirit where there will be accelerated growth of the saints to rise up as a formidable force to advance the cause of the Kingdom. Taking on the example of my recently saved parents-in-law, it was so inspiring to see my father-in-law started praying for his wife and encouraging her to trust in Jesus immediately the next day after they accepted Christ! Wow! Isn’t that an acceleration of faith? Dear Brothers & Sisters, let us proclaim the Chariots of Salvation to be released in our midst our households, the communities around Geylang, the growing population of aging people, the entire nation of Singapore as well as the nations beyond! Let us also speak the Chariots of Revival reaching deep into the fabric of Singapore churches, bringing about transformation, restoration and re-energisation so that a generation of saints will rise up to be enlisted into the end time Army of Jesus Christ! This would probably the best National Day Prayer we can pray for Singapore! Amen! Bro Francis Leong

KG Youth Camp 2018: “Set Apart” By Sis Meagan Peh On the 22nd June 2018, the King’s Generation youths had a one-day youth camp in JMK as well as at Aloha Loyang Chalet which included an overnight sleepover which led to Family Day the next day. It was a wonderful day with great weather and all the activities and games were filled with much joy, laughter and bonding.
Let’s hear from two of the youths on what they had to say about this youth camp :
“I really enjoyed myself in this youth
camp as all of us were able to bond even more outside of church. Usually, most of us would only get to see each other in church but because of this camp, we get to hang out together more and do fun activities! I really like the part where we had to go around Orchard area doing a prayer walk. We got to pray for various governmental departments and for different issues in Singapore which I feel will help our nation prosper because God hears every prayer from us. The team bonding games were very fun as we all got to work together to think about various strategies and it brought much joy and laughter. There was one particular game where we had to build a tower using newspapers and the opposing team would have to destroy the tower. Even though I got drenched while protecting and defending our tower, this activity taught me that the stronger brothers and sisters in Christ should help the weaker ones and protect them from the enemy even if it is challenging. In this way, no one will get left behind and the enemy will be defeated. In the evening, we had worship and the presence of God was very strong and I’m sure all of us felt it. Most of us were crying as our youth leaders prayed over every single one of us and as God touched our hearts. I definitely felt God speaking to me throughout the entire camp. All in all, this youth camp was a wonderful experience and I’m glad that I got to spend time with my fellow youths as we had great fellowship throughout the whole camp with God’s presence gracing us. I look forward to the many more youth camps ahead! Praise the Lord!”
- Jemimah
“ This year’s youth camp was focused on being “set apart” for God. During this camp, I’ve not only learnt to pray for the different foundations in Singapore such as the government, arts, businesses, youths and many more. Being able to pray with my peers has helped me to be more confident in myself when praying for others and also to understand the thoughts and burdens of fellow youths in Singapore. One of the activities that we had was about building a strong foundation and we had to build a tower with the given materials and then have the opposing team

My Testimony of 3 miracles By Sis Annie Pearl
Intrigued and amazed by the beauty of nature, I sometimes find myself pausing to listen to the melodious song of a bird, to admire the intricate design and colours of a butterfly flitting from flower to flower, to scrutinize the unique, pretty patterns and colours in the leaves and flowers of plants. I am fascinated by the way God has been caring and providing for His creation. As nature speaks loudly of the loving care and provision of the Creator for His creation, I am also reminded of His magnanimous love He had shown to me as a child from a Taoist family. God has created me in my mother’s womb and has given me life. All the days ordained for me are written on the palms of His hands. Nothing about me escapes His attention since the day I was conceived. Growing up without the presence and love of an earthly father, this Creator Father God has taken upon Himself to father me and to draw me to Him. Even at the tender age of 6-7 years old, I was given the privilege of receiving tracts with pictures of the cross placed at my doorway. I recall vividly how one late afternoon, a little boy who lived next door to me, with his finger pointing to the heavens, telling me there is God and He lives up there in the heavens. I looked up to the heavens and felt a connection with this God whom I had yet to encounter. It was like my spirit connecting to the Spirit of God and I felt good. When I was a primary 3, I was often unwell with asthmatic cough, running nose and flu, followed by countless visits to the doctor. Due to my frequent illness, I was often absent from lessons in school, attending only 2/3 of the school days. Hence, I failed badly in all the school subjects, resulting in becoming the last girl in position for both the mid-year and final year examinations. Besides being prone to falling ill, there was another strange thing happening in the room where I was sleeping. I could see a demon staring at me from the corner of the room each night I went to bed. I was afraid, closed my eyes and covered myself with the blanket. But each time, when I peeked from under the blanket, the demon was still there looking at me. This happened nightly and eventually I got used to this demonic spirit in the room. The living Father God was watching from heaven what was happening to His little girl whom He was fathering. He sent a young lady to knock on my door during the school holidays to invite me for the Vacation Bible School organized by Jesus Saves Mission. I was keen to attend the VBS and was granted permission to go by my mother. I was so excited that I invited all my little friends living in my block to go together with me to the VBS. But to my great disappointment, none of them were allowed by their Taoist parents to go with me for the VBS programme. At the VBS, I remember hearing the name of Jesus Christ for the first time. I liked His name. It was like the springs of joy. His name comforted me. Young as I was, I revered the name of Jesus and knew it was no ordinary name. I associated Jesus Christ with divinity, goodness and greatness. I learnt that Jesus Christ loves the little children as well as the older ones and He was sent by Father God to die for us so that we could be forgiven and set free of our sins to live with Him forever in heaven. I also learnt my first Christian song, “Jesus loves me this I know” and was assured I was loved by God. Continue on Pg 7…

My Testimony of 3 miracles Continue from Pg 6…
Being a child, I went to VBS not to seek God, but to play and have fun. But the good Father God decided to bless and surprise me with His miracles after the VBS. I received 3 miracles from Him. Firstly, He healed my body totally and I was free of asthmatic cough, running nose and flu the next school year. I became very healthy without the need to see any doctor. Years have passed and I have never had any asthmatic cough. This is the beginning of miraculous healing in my life. Secondly, He helped me to become a smart student. I did very well for the school year and topped the Primary 4 class in both the mid-year and final year examinations. I also began to start reading books and became a avid reader. Lastly, the demonic spirit in the room where I slept disappeared for good. It dared not return to torment me anymore. The presence of Jesus and His angels in my room had scared the demonic spirit and he fled. I began to go to bed without fear and to sleep soundly. There was no VBS when I was in Primary 4 but Father God knew how to remind me of Himself again. When I was in Primary 5, there was a classmate who came from a Christian family. She was not my close friend, but one day, she walked towards me, looked at me into my eyes and said: “Annie, you look like a Christian and you are going to be a Christian and you will be a good Christian.” I looked at her, not understanding what she was saying. But today as I look back, I realize she was speaking prophetically into my life, led by the Spirit of God. Till today, I am still amused by the 3 miracles the Lord God did for me as a 9 years old girl. I am also thankful that Father God had never let me go and continued to woo me unto Himself till I surrendered my life to Him at age 16 and was baptised. That would be another testimony of how He led me to Him during my secondary school days. Indeed this living God is a Father to the fatherless and He is the best Father any one could ever ask for. “A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, Is God in His holy habitation.” - Psalm 68:5

try to destroy it and the team’s tower which remained standing would win. Unfortunately, my group didn’t win but we still remained enthusiastic. This activity made me realise that if our faith in God, which is our foundation is not strong, we will tumble down and fall when the world is against us. Personally, I’ve experienced multiple breakthroughs during worship and prayer where God not only answered my prayers, but showed me what I’m capable of doing and what I’m really worth. All in all, KG Youth Camp 2018 was an out of the world experience where 3 days worth of crying and breakthroughs were instilled in a day.”
- Felicia Naomi
The theme for this year’s youth camp was being “Set Apart” with the verse of Ephesians 2:10 which speaks of being spiritually transformed, renewed and being ready to be used for good works and to be fully set apart and consecrated for the Glory, Kingdom and purposes of God. We had a worship night at the chalet and there was a powerful presence of God in which the Lord came personally to minister to each and every single person in the place. It was followed by prayer and impartation as well as an anointing service to consecrate the youths for the work which the Lord has called each one to do. All in all, it was a short but impactful and memorable camp filled with God encounters! To God be all the Glory!
